We had 16 in our group and everyone had a bed. So much room. Never had a problem with hot water or water pressure. The Lucky Chip cabin was perfect and beautiful! Plenty of elbow room for a large group

The cabin and ammenitites were outstanding. We used almost all of the perks. The log structure was awesome and made us feel like we were "out West" for sure. Would recommend it to any large group!

We decided on a last minute ski weekend and booked this home based off location. It was a quick drive to Terry Peak and we enjoyed a night out in Deadwood, also close by. The house had everything we needed from kitchen supplies to plenty of entertainment (board games, pool table, hot tub) We all had our own space and commented on how well we all slept. The house is located on a quiet road amongst some beautiful forested land. Our entire crew from early teens to adult enjoyed our stay!

Six couples, four nights, peaceful setting, beautiful home. Facility is very spacious, clean, and comfortable, detailed finishings. Off road trails in back yard, daily visits from deer and turkeys, plenty of trailer parking room. Couldn’t have found a better place, great time - Thank you!

Loved the house it was just beautiful and big enough for everyone that we were not running into each other. Driveway was the only negative we could say that was horrible!

Great accommodations
The property was perfect for our whole family. Grandkids enjoyed foosball and pool table. They also loved playing outside. Plenty of room to find a quiet corner if needed!

The property was beautiful. Lots of room for 6 kids under 9 and 9 adults. The kitchen is well stocked and the owner was great when we contacted her about a problem. We are definitely considering this venue again in the future!

We go out twice a summer with our group of friends/kids to go side by siding. Things that make this property top notch is WiFi that works, plenty of towels, adequate kitchenware, extra pillows, quality linens, hot water that never runs out and a large laundry room that can accommodate the massive amounts of laundry we have after riding trails! You can tell that this family takes great pride in their property with the personal touches and loved looking at the building progress pictures. So much room to spread out and have your own space if needed. Since we had 5 teens, the many TV’s were an added bonus!

The kitchen had all the amenities we needed, but the design lacked for easy movement in or out for more than one person. As for location, if you’re more interested in Rapid City, Keystone, or Hill City summer activities, be advised it is going to be at least an hour drive to get there. (Something I never considered)
