Parents and 3 young adults ages 21-25. Property was actually closer to the beach than what we thought (only 4 houses away from the ocean)! You could hear the crash of the waves from the house. Ron was excellent at communicating from booking, answering all of my questions and well wishes! Beautiful landscape and the pool is was great!

We had an amazing time! The house was perfect and was in the best location to the beach and restaurants! We didn’t get to swim. But I am sure the heated pool would have been nice too! Communication with everything was fast and easy! Would definitely refer our friends and family!

Our family of 6 (3 couples) had a great stay here! The proximity to the beach was perfect, took less than 5 minutes to be on the sand! And the private pool and screened porch were great to enjoy after a day at the beach! House is super clean & probably one of the best stocked homes we have stayed in. Would definitely come back if our family decides to vacation in Melbourne Bch again & would highly recommend to others.

We had an excellent stay at this property. The location is perhaps the best feature. It is perfectly located, a 3 min walk to the beach on a quiet street. The beach was not crowded at all. It is a short drive to more activities in Cocoa Beach. We liked that we could also walk to the grocery store, library, restaurants, local park (great play structures for all ages). The pool in the back yard is wonderful for a refreshing dip in the summer heat. Lots of pool and beach toys to choose from, great for families. The house was very clean. We would definitely come back to stay.

I can't say enough great things about the house and location! The host was very responsive! The house is very clean and has everything you need. Beach, stores and restaurants are a short walk. It was great to jump in the pool after a day at the beach! Loved all the palm trees and tropical feel!! Thanks so much!! We'll be back!!!

The house was perfect for my family. The pool and the porch were our favorite part of the house. We spent many hours out there. And the proximity to the beach was perfect. Everything was so clean - I never saw one single bug inside the house. We will definitely stay again when we return.

Very nice property. Close to a great market and cafe. Loved the bikes in the garage and how well stocked the property was. Gas grill a real plus. Very close to the beach located on a quiet street. The real gem in this property was the porch and pool area. The back yard is beautifully landscaped and the pool must be virtual brand new. Loved it.

This is one of the best neighborhoods in the area- walk to beach, store, park, river. Everything else is super close. The house was just as advertised and we we delighted. Would definitely return and recommend

Wonderful Property! I grew up in Melbourne Beach and my father did as well. Parents still live in FLA but not in Mel Beach. I thought it would be fun to host my parents and a couple of friends to share my 5oth birthday in our old stomping grounds. We could not have been happier with the house or our time on Avenue B. I hope I have the opportunity to stay again. The pool was just perfect, beds and baths were comfy. We brought our own beach stuff because we live on the beach in Charleston, SC but there were chairs, toys, floats etc available for your enjoyment. The host was super responsive. Great Stay. We loved our stay and I appreciated the lovely screened in porch that kept my young grandson safe from the pool. We enjoyed swimming and the short walk to the beach. I would most definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home! Everything was exactly as described and the kitchen was fully stocked which was a huge plus. The screened in porch and pool were wonderful and it was such a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone was so nice. This was our first visit to the area and we will definately be back!!

We wanted a clean house that wasn't in the middle of all the tourists. We wanted a pool for the little kids, but something that was still close to shops and restaurants. This was all that. Ron the homeowner was easy to get ahold of with questions. This was our favorite vacation spot. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Just what we needed
After a few days at Disney World, this was the perfect place to wind down. The house was just right for our family of four (including two teenagers). Between the beach and the pool, there was really no need to go anywhere else! The home is stocked with everything you need for a great beach vacation, and Ron was super helpful and communicative all the way through. Highly recommended!

Dinner was mostly carry out due to covid precautions, but that wasn’t a bad thing as we enjoyed meals in the screened in porch. We will definitely stay here again. Excellent and immediate communication from the host. Zero to critique or complain about. We loved everything.

Great, clean home close to the beach!
My family and I had a great time at Peace on the Beach. The house was clean and exactly as described. The beach is a five minute walk down a quiet street. The pool was amazing and the screened in patio was a great place to hang out. The house was stocked with everything you could need. Ron was a pleasure to deal with, responding quickly whenever I sent him a message. I would definitely recommend Peace on the Beach to anyone looking for a quiet place to rest and relax.

Peace of the Beach is a 10 out of 10! Everything in the listing is as advertised, but the description really doesn’t do it justice. Ron was a great host, and was easy to communicate and work with. As for the property, you cannot and will not find better accommodations and location. The house is literally a 3 minute walk to a private beach access and it was so nice having a private pool in the backyard; the best of both worlds. Compared to other beaches in the area, this quiet beach town has a lot to offer. Great restaurants and places to grab a quick bite for the family are just a short walk or bike ride away (Oceanside Pizza is some of the best I’ve ever had no joke). I just cannot say enough good things about our trip and experience. Our family is counting down the days until we visit again. Thanks Ron!

Great property and location
We loved the property and how close it was to everything. The house was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed to enjoy your stay plus a few extras, ie. beach umbrella and beach tent. The house was nicely decorated and the had everything needed to cook a nice meal. The pool was great for the kids as we prepared dinner. Can't say enough about the house. It takes one minute to walk to the beach...so close and so nice to have the water right there. We will definitely come back.

Perfect location many extras
This house is nicely updated, a beautiful pool and screened back porch for evening gathering. The lights on the back porch were a nice touch. The garage had many beach items including a wheeled cart that would have been used if the weather cooperated. Ceiling fans in each bedroom were lovely for guests that need the breeze for a good night's sleep. This house is steps away from the beach and an easy walk to a fantastic market. Everything we needed was provided - from extra soap to pool towels. Would definitely stay again.

This property was wonderful! The house was very clean, welcoming and fully equipped. The location was in a quiet neighborhood close to several very good bars/restaurants. In addition, a grocery store and playground were within walking distance, so great for our family. The beach access was only a few houses down and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. We were so pleased to witness 8 sea turtles nesting while there and even 2 babies! The bikes included made it even more fun, but our favorite part of the house was the pool. It was heaven! We will definitely be back.

This property was wonderful! The house was very clean, welcoming and fully equipped. The location was in a quiet neighborhood close to several very good bars/restaurants. In addition, a grocery store and playground were within walking distance, so great for our family. The beach access was only a few houses down and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. This house is truly amazing! It is comfortable, spacious and decorated beautifully. The host, Ron, responded to every question and even adjusted our dates at the last minute. It is very close to the beach (easily walkable) and also close to many restaurants and stores. We loved our stay here and highly recommend this rental. You won't be disappointed!
