Lattice House è l'ultima villa tropicale. Situato in una riserva privata di 60 acri, a 3 minuti sopra la bellissima Playa Hermosa, circondato dalla giungla, godrete di una spettacolare vista sull'oceano da ogni stanza, i ponti e la piscina a sfioro.
Goditi la sua unica architettura moderna di Bali e le finiture e gli arredi progettati su misura, tutti importati da Bali. Lattice House è stata costruita ed è stata amorevolmente mantenuta come la mia casa, e ti sentirai come se fosse il tuo paradiso privato per il tuo soggiorno.
Avrai a disposizione un manager / concierge in loco e uno chef in loco che si occuperanno del trasporto via terra, delle attività, dei pasti preparati e delle prenotazioni dei ristoranti, in modo da poter trascorrere tutto il tuo tempo semplicemente rilassandoti e godendoti il tuo soggiorno.
La Lattice House si trova a metà strada tra Dominical e Uvita, appena fuori dall'autostrada costiera. Non dovrai passare il tuo prezioso tempo di vacanza guidando su e giù per le strade di montagna per godere di panorami e privacy incredibili. La riserva comprende ampi spazi simili a parchi, frutteti e giungla, con sentieri che conducono a numerosi corsi d'acqua e cascate. In qualsiasi direzione, vedi solo la costa di acque bianche, le montagne o la foresta pluviale. In un dato giorno, puoi vedere e ascoltare scimmie urlatrici e dal viso bianco, coati, tayra, agoutie, bradipi, tucani, aracari, colibrì, pappagalli e dozzine di altre specie di uccelli, tutti dai ponti della casa.
Lattice House è un posto spettacolare e sono felice di condividerlo con i nostri ospiti.
La camera da letto matrimoniale, una camera da letto matrimoniale e due bagni sono al piano principale; due camere da letto (una regina, due gemelli o un re) e un bagno completo sono al piano inferiore. Ci sono due divani nel soggiorno che possono essere utilizzati come letti aggiuntivi.
Lattice House ha tutti i comfort che ci si aspetta in una casa di lusso e molto altro: piscina a sfioro totale parzialmente coperta con jacuzzi riscaldata; quattro cortili e ponti coperti; aria condizionata in tutte le camere; pavimenti e bagni in ardesia e marmo; reticolo e legni duri di Bali; bagno padronale esterno con vasca da bagno in rame; doccia esterna walk-in al piano inferiore; lavelli in rame e pietra; cucina completamente attrezzata in acciaio inossidabile; splendidi arredi, opere d'arte e accessori.
Lattice House è una casa unica in una proprietà molto speciale. Non vediamo l'ora di condividere il nostro angolo di paradiso con te.

Book this property! It is exactly as described, if not better. You could spend a week here just to explore/enjoy the property and grounds alone. We completely wished we had more time and would 1000% book here again (and hope to!). We had prepared food delivered to the house by the suggested chef and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. It was so convenient to have home made food available when we arrived so that we could just enjoy the property after a long day of travel. We ordered the passionfruit pie based on other reviews and absolutely can confirm that it is a must order! Ana, the concierge, is absolutely fantastic and so incredibly helpful. We had a flight snafu VERY last minute our last day and Ana helped us re-arrange our driver to SJO for a very early AM pick-up in a matter of hours. She is truly a lifesaver. Highly recommend the massage service too. It was so amazing to listen to the wildlife and the waves crashing while enjoying a massage off the primary bedroom balcony. We did not see any furry creatures during our stay ( we did HEAR the monkeys though) but we saw many toucans, many other various birds, and even some red macaws. The serenity, privacy, and views are truly incredible with only a VERY short drive to the beach, markets, restaurants, etc. This is the most well-appointed rental home we have ever rented. We had an absolutely wonderful 7-day stay here in May 2026. The property was so nice, we spent many days just enjoying the pool and seeing animals right from the deck. It was a good home base for a few adventures as well, and the area was wild and beautiful jungle that we were constantly in awe of. Ana the concierge was a great help in setting up a car rental delivered to the house, massages by the pool, adventures in the area, and some of the best chef services we've enjoyed on vacation from Chef Koko. An absolute must to have him prepare one of his local dishes while you watch the sunset over the beach. House, location, staff, privacy - all five stars, could not have been better. If you're looking for paradise, this really might be it. We can't wait to come back.

This is easily the nicest place I've ever stayed, hotel or otherwise. The house is about 1/4 mile up a beautifully landscaped driveway behind a gated entrance. The house itself lived up to the photos.There were six in my party, and everyone slept very comfortably in one of the four air-conditioned bedrooms. During the day we opened all of the sliding doors. The main part of the house and the patio/pool area provide enough room for everyone to spread out.The kitchen is very well appointed, and we had everything we needed to prepare several of our own meals. There are grocery stores nearby in Uvita and Dominical if you choose to cook for yourself.We also bought the services of Chef Mayron for breakfast and dinner of two of the days. Chef Mayron and Harold prepare full meals that were fantastic. When they are done, they clean up everything to the point you can't tell they were ever there. Don't do what we did by trying to finish everything in one sitting and you'll have plenty of leftovers, too.We can't say enough about Ana, the concierge. Ana lives close by and is very responsive to questions and requests. Ana also took care of setting up airport and hotel transportation on both ends of the trip. She also arranged for a rental vehicle that was delivered to the house the first morning after we arrived.Lastly, Patricia, the owner, was very prompt and responsive from the beginning of the rental process. 100% we would visit again!
