Recentemente aggiornato con tutti i comfort di casa, questo condominio pulito e confortevole in stile resort dispone di una recente ristrutturato cucina, bagni e soggiorno. Il soggiorno e le camere da letto dispongono tutte di TV a schermo piatto, TIVO e lettori DVD (Blu-Ray nel soggiorno). Abbiamo persiane in legno e tende per la privacy nelle camere da letto, piani di lavoro di Corian, corona stampaggio, pavimenti Pergo, nuovi lavandini, sanitari, e piastrelle nei bagni, elettrodomestici in acciaio inox, e ventilatori a soffitto in tutto. La camera matrimoniale è ideale con una grande cabina armadio, 2 letti queen size, e un bagno privato. La seconda camera comprende anche un letto matrimoniale, computer e stampante, mentre la terza camera dispone di due letti singoli. C'è una cucina completamente attrezzata per 'a casa' convenienza, così come una lavatrice / asciugatrice. Si può letteralmente portare solo i vostri vestiti e articoli da bagno! Tutto fino ai canovacci e apriscatole è qui !!
Come viaggiatori esperti, abbiamo scoperto che molti condomini offrono solo poche pentole e padelle, nessun condimento in cucina e signore non vogliate che abbiate bisogno di più di un rotolo di carta igienica durante il vostro soggiorno. Ci poniamo a parte, fornendo molti extra in modo da non dover andare a comprare questi elementi essenziali quando si arriva. (L'ultima volta che abbiamo affittato un appartamento in Florida abbiamo dovuto spendere quasi $ 100 solo per avere le necessità di base, come il sale, il pepe, asciugamani di carta e di lavanderia e detersivo per piatti.) Il nostro condominio ha quasi tutto ciò che vi serve.
Bella Terra a Paradise Valley è una comunità in stile resort con una splendida piscina e spa. C'è un capanno coperto con mister acqua, ventilatori a soffitto, e da due griglie a gas. Griglie a carbone si trovano anche in tutto il complesso. Le strutture clubhouse offrono state-of-the-art fitness con TV a schermo piatto, business center e sala grande raduno.
Questa unità è perfetta anche per alloggio aziendale temporanei.
Questo bellissimo appartamento è situato in posizione centrale, a circa 2. 5 miglia dal 51 Freeway e qualsiasi spesa che si possa immaginare. C'è un Flagship Store (negozio di alimentari) di Fry a meno di mezzo miglio di distanza e anche un Burger In-n-Out nelle vicinanze !! ( il nostro preferito!)
Il 50% del canone è dovuto al momento della prenotazione. Resto oltre a $ 150 di spese di pulizia è dovuto 60 giorni prima del soggiorno.

We enjoyed our stay in Paradise Valley! The 3 bedroom condo was pleasant. There were some initial problems but the owner was very gracious and prompt in resolving them. They provided a lot of the "necessities" like soap, toilet paper, tissues, napkins, etc. The community pool, hot tub, and gas grills were very nice. Easily accommodates 8 people but in close quarters.

Coming to this property was, in many ways, like coming to our own home. The condo was comfortable and inviting. It was very well supplied with appliances, cookware and dishes. You didn't have to run a half empty dishwasher because you ran out of dinner plates, for example. It was also well supplied with basic ingredients and spices, so you didn't have to buy things you would only use twice. When our grandchildren were there, it was much easier to eat in and all the amenities made that possible. We enjoyed the pool and the gas barbecues on property. The grounds are well kept and clean. People at the complex were friendly. They have get togethers at the clubhouse and pool area and everyone is invited. The owner responded promptly to any questions we had. We liked it so much we are planning on returning next year.

We spent a delightful time in Paradise Valley. The location of the property was situated perfectly. We were near the north-south expressways and the 101 loop. We could easily get to restaurants and attractions in old Scottsdale and. In north Phoenix. The unit was well maintained and supplied. We did not have to run out for basic supplies on arrival. The neighbors and other renters were warm and friendly. Offering suggestions on restaurants and events in the community. The month breezed by

This is the most well appointed VRBO I have ever been in. They had everything ready for you. You literally only need a suitcase and a quick run to the local grocer. The location is perfect - no more than 25 minutes from almost everything in Phoenix and vicinity. The pool is about 40 yards away. We traveled with my family of 5 and my parents. Great place!+

This was the perfect location for our week in Scottsdale. So close to grocery stores, places to eat and shopping. The condo had everything we needed and more. Delia was amazing to work with and was so responsive and kind and attentive to our needs. The pool and community building were awesome and the condo was very close to those activities. We had many brochures to view and a book she had put together that was very helpful in planning activities. Thank you Delia.

First of all, Delia is the kindest and most helpful vacation rental owner one could hope for. I've rented a lot of vacation rentals over the past ten years, and Delia is one-of-a-kind, at least in my experience. She answered questions almost immediately in her uniquely personable way, and I have no doubt she would have picked up the phone immediately had we needed something. The condo was clean, amply supplied, and felt like a home. After our stay, I only wished I could meet Delia over a cup of coffee--and her family. Somehow, we all felt like personally invited guests rather than online renters for a week, and that feeling is hard to achieve.

We spent 7 days at Delia and Ken's condo in June with two boys and Mother in-law. The unit was as advertised and we had a great time. We visited the Zoo, Dave & Buster's in Glendale and the local Fry's is a fabulous grocery store. We took day trips from this location to Tombstone, Winslow and the Grand Canyon. We did stay overnight at the Grand Canyon just we could spend more time hiking and enjoying the beautiful scenery. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to get away to Arizona. We visited Delia and Ken's condo in January with our toddler. The layout is perfect for a family with small kids, there are roku boxes in each room and the living room, and even some fun kids' toys tucked away in the closet. The kitchen is truly stocked with all the cooking utensils you need - we made almost our meals at the condo. You're also right down the street from Trader Joe's and Whole Foods (and a Fry's) - very convenient.
We visited the Zoo, the Children's Museum, and a couple restaurants - all within 20 minutes. We also hiked around one of Phoenix's fantastic mountain preserves, which is very close. The pool is fantastic, as well as the hot tub. The people who live in the condo complex are friendly and engaged in making sure it's a good place to be - the pool was broken for a few days and they were all invested in making sure it got fixed quickly - it was just nice to see people who care about the place, it felt safe and very well run.
Delia is incredibly responsive, I had problems paying on VRBO (first time using the website) and she stuck with me through it. She also responded to emails quickly while we were in AZ when I had questions. We will be checking in to see if this spot is available again the next time we visit Phoenix.

Condo was great! Such a good location with stores in walking distance. Though everything you need is already provided for you. We just bought a few groceries and were set. The condo is beautiful and clean, close to Scottsdale, not far from Tuscon, Grand Canyon and Sedona. Pool and grounds are very nice. We met a lot of nice people there and would love to come back again. Tennis courts are right across the street.

We were 4 golfers and really did Enjoy the condo. Very clean and well located. Grocery store and restaurants close by within walkable distance. Many Nice courses close by as well. If you are looking to do some hiking, the location is perfect as well to go to Camelback Mountain or even climb Dixie Peak starting at 44 street which is very close. Would highly recommend.

We spent a week in the condo and had a great time. Delia was super easy to deal with and very helpful. Everything was very clean and exceded our expectations. Enjoyed the pools & fitness room. Would return in a heartbeat!

Our week at this beautiful condo was enhanced by perfect weather! The minute we opened the door, it was WOW. We were a party of four adults although the condo easily accommodates six. The condo is well designed, immaculate and in a great location. If you like to cook, you'll find yourself in heaven with every known appliance you could ever hope for. Use of a new washer and dryer was an added plus. The thoughtful owners provided a booklet of information and brochures to various sights. The pool area was very nice, well maintained and a quiet place to unwind. Nice that outdoor grills are provided for you use as well. We planned an overnight stay to the Grand Canyon (an easy drive) and stopped at Sedona for a bite to eat on the way back. Our memories of a wonderful vacation are further enhanced by our son's marriage proposal at the Grand Canyon to his girlfriend. This will always be a special place for us and we are very hopeful to return. Thanks so much.

We feel like we hit the jackpot with your condo rental! It comfortably fit our group of five and had all the amenities of home. Our kids loved the Wii and games. So nice to grab a beach towel and hit the well-heated pool & hot tub. It felt like a resort! The location was close to our friends, restaurants, hiking and of course In' N Out :) We hope to be back before too long!

Great condo. Comfortably slept the 5 of us. My 2 year old loved the kid's (pink) room. The main living areas were also very spacious. The unit had everything (plus more) than we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and the pool was large and not crowded. The owner (Delia) was always available and easy to work with. Scottsdale was a great location for spring training, driving to the canyon, eating (especially if you need gluten free options) and playing at parks/playgrounds. There is a great (free) train museum for kids. Def will keep this place in mind for future travels!

We had a great stay at the condo. It was furnished with everything a family would need on a vacation. Good location near highways and supermarkets, we especially like the Trader Vic nearby. Thank you Delia for thinking of your guests.

I and my four other associates arrived refreshed and fully awake each morning at our booth at the Phonex gun show. A well rested night is required when you spend 10 hours selling and watching over 11 tables of guns. We had plenty of room to relax and go over our sales each day in this townhouse. A great place to stay fpr businnes or vacation. david

This being my first time renting on VRBO, I was a bit apprehensive about renting from a private owner online. I am happy to say that everything I read on the website is as advertised and more.
I am glad we rented the unit on the ground floor as we had to carry our golf clubs out of the house every day. Also the swimming pool and hot tub is a short walk from our unit and we did not hear any noise from there or the main street, even with the patio window open. This area feels very safe (compared to last time when we stayed in Mesa) and is a short drive to the FRY's grocery store.
We ate in most days and aside from the main ingredients, everything else (including spices and condiments) was found in the kitchen.
Thanks and we definitely will stay here again in the future!
