Great place to stay. Loved the private, lighted, clean, concrete, fishing pier with seating and fish cleaning station…railing was high enough to feel safe that kids would not fall in. Unit was clean and modern. Covered parking. Great location…minutes from beach, great restaurants, and shops but cozy and secluded feel at the unit. Host very responsive to messages. Check in and check out a breeze.

Reviewer Comments:
This unit met all our basic needs and we love this property with the pier, location and pool. However the rug under the coffee table was dirty, the unit smelled like someone had been smoking in it and there was a whole set of chipped plates. We let the mgt company know so they can address. Once these things are addressed, I would recommend.

Reviewer Comments:
I would give the condo an A except one problem. If you walk barefoot on the vinyl plank floor for any time at all, bottom of your feet turn black. Is it from lack of cleaning or something else?
