We stayed at this house for my 30th birthday with family and friends, it was an amazing location, easy access to the free bus, house was very clean and a lot of room. Would recommend this house to anyone!

The Park Forest Chalet was the perfect home for our family ski vacation. It is MUCH NICER than the photos reveal - tastefully appointed and the bedroom arrangement fit our family of 6 adults and 2 children perfectly. Perfect location, across from the Nordic Center and just down the hill from Peak 8 Base. We had a couple of minor issues and Management responded immediately. Highly recommend!

Our Breck rental was perfect! The bedrooms were generously sized and spaced out in the home. The den was very comfortable with a large sectional couch. The kitchen and dining were well equipped for a large group. The front and back patios made it easy to catch the warmth of the sun in the early morning and late afternoon. One morning a moose meandered by the patio munching on grass and leaves. The trail system from the Nordic Center, and sidewalk on Ski Hill Road, were great for a “ hike” to town. The rental company was very responsive to our questions/needs. Thanks again!

Park Forest Chalet was perfect for our family! With 5 people, we had plenty of space. Open floor plan gave us comfortable kitchen, dining and living room space. The kitchen has everything you will need should you decide to cook. Great outdoor area in the back with seating, gas grill and hot tub. We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the front patio - a charming space to enjoy the early hours. A set of cheese knives for afternoon charcuterie would be a nice addition to this kitchen! The location is excellent! You are in a quiet neighborhood, up ski hill road. A 2 minute walk to the free bus stop or a 15 min walk to Main Street. We will definitely be back!

Overall we were happy with the stay. The place was clean, the location was great (close to town and also far enough away you felt like you were in the wilderness), and nice amenities. We saw Moose everyday which wsa very fun!A couple of pitfalls: -There was work being done on the property the entire time we were there. Workers in the front yard using machinery. I have brought it up to the property managers and have yet to have any sort of apology. Also, it would have been nice to know prior to our stay. We have two little kids that were trying to nap and it was loud and obnoxious. - We had three cars and parking was an annoyance. It all worked out but I didn't know until we received the check in instructions an hour before check in that we could only park 2 cars on property. Not sure I would stay here again with all the other options in Breckenridge to choose from.

Property is expansive and more than enough room to support a large family, we had 4 adults and 1 child and more than enough room. 3 baths, well stocked kitchen, 10 minutes to downtown Breck and a 20 minute walk to your favorite coffee and crepe shops. All in all, great experience.

Property was perfect for what we wanted for the three days. Plenty of room for our family and well stocked kitchen. Hot tub was great at the end of the day to relax. Property Management company was great to deal with and very responsive with any questions and checking in to make sure everything was ok!

We had a great time. The property had plenty of sleeping space (and very comfortable beds!) for 9 adults, a teen and an infant. The kithchen had loads of kitchen gadgets. Within walking distance to town. Would definitely book again!

I made the reservation to celebrate my parents BD and time with my brothers and sister. The outside patio was very dirty The chairs the floor etc. I had to go outside with my parents to clean and wash floor and chairs when you read description of the property it doesn’t tell you for Quit but they tell you is fully equipped they don’t tell you there is no cabinets to store your food. I was not happy with the bathroom upstairs the sink is old and also is very inconvenient to have guess in the bedroom downstairs there is no Closet and to go outside that is the only way out. You have to use your guess bedroom. No shoes allow in the house but the rugs in the kitchen are dirty and downstairs in the entryway. The pictures make the house look bigger that what it is other then that it was ok

Nice property for snowboarding in Breckenridge. Was a bit disappointed the hot tub was green when we arrived but the company came right out when I called. It took away two nights of using it but that's alright. The listing online should include you need to bring detergent for washing machine and wood for the fire outside.

Our family had a very nice stay at this well located house for a ski vacation. The bus to the ski areas is a short walk away, the house was very convenient and accommodating for skiers and we had all of the necessary amenities. We would recommend this house for a fun vacation in Breckinridge.

The house was great overall. Our family consisted of 3 adults and 4 kids. This house is equipped with everything you need. The only reason I have it 4 stars for accuracy on online listing is because it shows there is a fireplace in one of the bedrooms but it has since been removed.
The location is very good for skiing, but doesn’t have any view of the mountains. This is not a negative comment, it’s just information that a future customer might want to know.

Our family had a very nice stay at this well located house for a ski vacation. The bus to the ski areas is a short walk away, the house was very convenient and accommodating for skiers and we had all of the necessary amenities. We would recommend this house for a fun vacation in Breckinridge.

Great house in a great area! Clean! Kitchen has everything possible. The only odd thing is the first floor bedroom has patio doors but no curtains or window coverings. Had to put up a sheet for privacy. Other than that it was great!

We had a great summer getaway at Park Forest Chalet! This house is cozy, well equipped, and conveniently located to town, hiking trails, and the base of Peak 8.

All around awesome.
We enjoyed our stay so much. The property was very nice and well kept. The furniture was modern and comfortable. We cooked all 3 nights and found it very easy with all kitchen appliances, even a rice cooker. The hot tub was clean and in excellent working order. The bus stop into town close and convenient. Plenty of towels and cleaning supplies. Had a great experience!
