Stunning 2BR/2BA Oceanfront Condo
Affittare per il mese di marzo per $ 1800 se interessati. Può affittare alcune settimane ad aprile pure. Rinnovato in 11/18 e Oceanfront. Ha 4 letti separati per dormire comodamente. È a pochi passi dal lungomare dove si trovano tutti i ristoranti. Tavolo in legno molto bello sul ponte per un bicchiere di vino o cenare al tramonto. C'è un'unità W / D a grandezza naturale nell'unità. Possiedo un altro condominio a un isolato di distanza e ho accesso a una piscina (un isolato in fondo alla strada). Animali domestici (per una tassa di $ 75 per animale) Tutto è nuovo al mio posto (11/18) compresi mobili ed elettrodomestici. Le lenzuola sono $ 60 in più. Se ti piacerebbe loro. si prega di chiedere per loro quando si prenota.

Everything was excellent! Andrew was so accommodating and the condo was in the best location. It was right on the beach and the view was amazing. I would love to come back !

The condo itself is as pictured. It was nice and comfortable. Proximity to the beach and other attractions (ability to walk to the boardwalk and restaurants) is great. We had an easy time getting in contact with the owner, who was kind and accommodating. Our one issue is that we went over spring break, which we recognize is off season, and there was construction going on 8:00 am - 5:00 pm daily on the units above us and beside us. It made it difficult to relax as it was very loud. If we had been there at a time there was no construction, we would have had zero complaints.

The stay wasn’t terrible. But for the price, I expected much more from this rental. I liked the check in and check out process. It’s contactless. You get your code and can check in at your convenience. Check out is the same as long as you stay within your window. When we got to this rental, the ceiling to our parking spot was falling apart so we didn’t feel like we could park underneath the covered area in fear our vehicle would get damaged. After parking, we went to go get settled. The common area where you access all the different condos smelled terrible. There are airfresheners all throughout but it still smells awful. We got to our room and check in was easy. We were able to access our unit with no issue. Got in and the unit smelled… the longer we were there, the worse it smelled. The water was very stale. After showering, you don’t feel clean due to smelling like the water. The washer in the unit is covered in black mold and I’m sure that’s the same washer they use to wash the customer sheets… so know that’s what you’re sleeping on. Throughout our stay, the view from the balcony was nice. The beach access point was also convenient and nice as well. We didn’t use the WiFi but that was also a plus for being able to use Netflix and stuff on the tv. It’s not incredibly private. It’s more of an apartment setting. You can hear everyone above and beside you. The stay wasn’t terrible. I just wish it would’ve been cleaner for the price you pay… I expected better.
