Su 12 gradini dalla tua porta di casa è una splendida vista sul Golfo e sulla spiaggia. A soli 75 passi dalla spiaggia, nessuna strada da attraversare! Posizione favolosa! Spaziosi, luminosi e tranquilli sono modi per descrivere questo condominio di 1395 piedi quadrati con 2 bagni e 2 bagni sulla splendida isola di Anna Maria. C'è un letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale, una regina nella seconda camera da letto e un materasso ad aria e Pack and Play per bambini o ragazzi. Grandi camere da letto!
Situato a circa ½ strada lungo la costa del Golfo, sull'AMI di Holmes Beach. Nessun grattacielo, solo la vecchia Florida al suo meglio. !!Questo è ciò che otterrai se rimani a Gulf Beach Place. Un complesso di 8 unità (2 edifici) con piscina riscaldata, in una zona tranquilla e meno percorsa di Gulf Drive.
Situato in posizione strategica a soli 3 isolati a piedi (sul retro) o 2 minuti. guidare a negozi di alimentari, farmacie, noleggio biciclette e ristoranti.
Solo una breve corsa in tram o in bicicletta in entrambe le direzioni da GBP ti porterà a siti storici, pesca, ristoranti sul golfo e tiki bar. C'è musica dal vivo in diversi locali quasi tutte le sere e / o giorni ogni settimana. Arte locale è disponibile per l'acquisto di negozi unici nelle vicinanze.
Quindi allontanati da tutto, ti aspetta una vacanza da ricordare. Il condominio è stato rinnovato con tutta la nuova cucina completamente attrezzata e bagni, pavimenti in assi di legno, arredamento da spiaggia, due lanai, uno con una sbirciatina di mare turchese e sabbia bianca.

We absolutely loved the location of this condo. It's a short walk from a fairly quiet beach, and a 5 minute walk to Walgreens, restaurants and a trolley stop. There are dressers, closets and hooks for a comfortable stay, and entertainment including streaming services, playing cards and books. The condo is well stocked with kitchen items, spices, towels and beach supplies. Several of the beach chairs were broken, but we found enough to make it work. The listing could use updating regarding the view. There is no longer a small house between the condo and beach. It has been torn down and a very large home is being built in its place. There is still a small view of the beach, but it's mostly a view of the back of another home. I would still choose this condo for location and comfort, but would have appreciated an update about the construction to avoid disappointment.

This was an absolutely wonderful stay for our first (and hopefully not last!)stay on AMI! Honestly, the listing photos do not do the condo justice..first of all, its been updated since most of these photos were taken (for example, new tile floor and no carpet), and it is way larger than the photos make it look! The owner was so easy to communicate with, the condo was very well stocked, and very clean. The beach was a mere 50ft or so, such an easy walk, and the beach closet was well stocked with a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. My kids absolutely loved the water and the pool! We never ran into anyone else at the pool while we were there, and it was nice and warm. The only drawback (at no fault of the owners) is the house directly in front is under construction and this is pretty loud, starting around 7am. But still, no biggie! Lovely, lovely place!

We absolutely love this location, we have stayed 2 other yrs.That being said,the roof was being replaced it was loud at 615 am every morning, dirty, no parking under unit and finding many nails in the pool, for days,after...we hosted our parents, from NY and was embarrassed that they had to stay at a construction site...we have many pics for you.We believe we should get a refund for the first weeks rental, because of the mess, noise and inconvenience, please respond to get to a solution. Thank you
