Due maestri con bagno privato, una delle poche case con eccezionali divertente e zona pranzo / soggiorno con 10'ceilings. . Tavolo da pranzo 10 posti a sedere, più 4 a mangiare in controcorrente. Incredibile padrone secondo piano, bagno e veranda privata schermato. Due camere da letto al secondo piano con bagno in comune e veranda. Situato nella via più bella in Seacrest Beach, inserita tra rosmarino e Alys Beach. A piedi / in bicicletta un blocco a 12.000 m² piscina con cascata e barbecue, spiaggia e villaggio, Seacrest Sundries per la più magnifica colazione, mangimi per mucca e rifornimento e mercato della domenica, ristoranti di lusso e informali. Guardare il tramonto dal balcone dell 'Hotel Pearl o sulla spiaggia. Sedie a sdraio e ombrellone forniti- a piedi o in bicicletta o chiamare la fermata del Beach Shuttle gratuito situato direttamente di fronte alla nostra casa. Vialetto e 2 posti aggiuntivi per il parcheggio, tv a schermo piatto in ogni stanza, di grandi dimensioni divano soggiorno con posti a sedere supplementari, veranda e strada tranquilla per i bambini a giocare o in bicicletta. In riva al mare, Destin e acquerello tutti nelle vicinanze. Golf, parchi statali, laghi di acqua dolce nelle vicinanze. Negozi di alimentari e frutti di mare entro 1 miglio .. Goditi la musica all'aperto e aree verdi per i bambini a giocare sulla spiaggia, pesca surf, passeggiate mattutine sulla spiaggia. acque color smeraldo e sabbia bianca di zucchero. Perfetto in ogni modo! Nuovo Gazebo e concessioni per iniziare questa stagione a bordo piscina!

The house itself was lovely and there are no complaints there. However the entire community was bizarre and I wish I had known about the 8pm curfew for anyone under 18 prior to my arrival. I was there on a mother-son trip and the amount of security issues we had to deal with to even enter the neighborhood after 8pm was ridiculous. I don’t think I’ll be back down there anytime soon. Too many restrictions and felt like I was in a communist country. Again the house was beautiful and so were beaches, just wish I had known about an 8pm curfew prior to arrival.

Perfect first visit to Rosemary Beach, the house was very clean and comfortable, stocked with everything we needed. Convenient walking or tram to the beach, pool, shops. Definitely would visit again!

This was our first time at the 30A area, we absolutely loved our stay here. The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 6 and had everything we needed. We rented bikes and walked everywhere. The pool was great and the tram was so close that it made it super easy to get to the beach. We will definitely be staying here again!

The house is beautiful, spacious, and quiet! The house is located near the back of the property away from all the traffic but a tram stop is right across the street for convenience. Access to the beach is very convenient!

Nice location backing up to wooded walking trail and great access to tram service to the beach. The home had plenty of space for all of our family inside and out. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Property was as described and very nice. The pool and stores are an easy walk, and the neighborhood is nice.
Avoid the private beach; it was overcrowded. Instead, drive 10 min to Camp Helen State Park.

Location of this home was so good for our family of 9! The 21+ year olds were all able to walk into Rosemary from this home and shop, go to eat, and even walk to some of the bars. The home was comfortable in every room, the kitchen fully equipped, and we enjoy cooking so it was great! Well stocked spices and additionals, the towels and beach chairs/umbrellas were a plus to have there. Loved the porches that we used often. I would definitely return here!

We were so impressed with this home. The house is beautiful and was perfect for our family of nine. There were so many extras that made it so easy to enjoy our day at the beach and the pool. We loved everything about our stay!

Great place to go with a group. We loved this house, and sleeps 12 comfortably. Not far from the beach, but they are strict about wrist bans and that was an issue a few times. Had everything we needed including laundry detergent and kitchen supplies. Overall a great host and beautiful home! Looks even better than the pictures.

We loved everything about this house and our stay. Close enough to walk to everything: Rosemary Beach, Alys, beach etc. The house is incredibly well stocked for cooking, which was perfect for our group! We would definitely come back!

This was one of my favorite VRBO houses. Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, umbrella, wagon, boogie boards...all provided. The rooms are very spacious. We loved the quiet, screened-in back porch. Very well supplied and lovely decor. The tram for the beach stopped at 5pm. We like to stay longer on the beach so we rented bikes and rode to Inlet Beach. So easy to do. We rented bikes from Bamboo Bicycle Co because they have cargo carts that attach to the back of the bike. Walking to the pool is very easy but NOTE that there is not a "pool entrance" sign, so there was a little confusion. Go to Tram 7 stop for entrance to the pool. Super close to the house!

We headed for Fall Break with the family and friends. The home is absolutely perfect. So comfortable and cozy in every way. You can tell the owners take immaculate care of their gorgeous home. This house is definitely our new favorite when visiting the area. The wooded back yard was our absolute favorite part of the house. We will definitely be back!

We just got back from a 6 day stay in Seacrest Beach! Had a wonderful experience!! The Demeo’s (Owners) were very accommodating and worked with our family on everything we needed to make our first vacation with a brand new grandbaby smooth and carefree! Their house is so comfortable and beautifully decorated…we felt right at home! It’s in a great location close to the pool and the tram stop to the beach but very private and quiet too- They make sure to provide everything to prepare meals, get to the beach, relax at the pool and even do laundry! All the beds are so comfy - we all slept like angels! We will definitely be back year after year 🏝

Great place for gathering friends & family
This newly built home is beautifully decorated & well equipped for renters. It is clean, comfortable & offers both inside & outside lovely furnished places to sit & relax with beautiful surroundings. The back faces a natural area with a walking trail. One bedroom has 2 great bunk beds with ladders. Spacious master bedroom. Nice kitchen, eating area & ‘ bathrooms. This is a very fun house in which to stay.

Perfect for a girls trip
The house was great! It was stocked with everything needed from beach essentials to a fully stocked kitchen. The beds were also very comfortable. There was parking for 3 cars which was great and the owners were very helpful.
The location was fantastic as well. Everything you would need is within walking distance including some great restaurants. The tram was helpful for transporting within the community.
My only complaint (not worth docking the property) would be that the private beach isn’t that big so it’s super crowded. If you have a bigger group or need to be spaced out, I would recommend going to inlet beach or the state park down the street.

Great house, Great location, great communication w/ owner
This house was wonderful for our family group of 7 adults. The location was wonderful as well! The owner provided everything we needed. Communication was directly with the owner who was great to work with. We would definitely consider renting this property again when coming to Seacrest Beach!

I think that if they maybe DON’T have it, it wasn’t important after all (haha). The location is perfect, too! There was PLENTY of beach paraphernalia for all 9 of us. It kind of seemed that the bike rental people and the tram people were not prepared, though, for the huge influx of people with Memorial Day. Our 5 bikes were not delivered the day promised, so we made numerous calls for that. The tram people said they switched over to solar charging which made it nearly impossible to get a full charge on vehicles. Hopefully, everything has settled in by now. The private beach is “super snuggly” with people and the new umbrellas they were charging for, and the 2-3 of us that went to the beach were asked to move over several times so they could drive their vehicles past us. I finally talked to a local worker who said that a mile down the road at Inlet Beach, the public beach, there was PLENTY of room. You’d have to take your car or ride bikes, but that wouldn’t bother me at all. We’ll definitely be doing that next time. There is SO much to do here! Lots of hustle and bustle of families having a great time shopping, riding bikes, beaching, etc. There’re even bands at night in the open front area. Oh, and the built-in pool is absolutely divine!! Very spacious with numerous bathrooms, food and bar, free swimming diapers in all sizes for the little ones, and plenty of chairs and greenery. We loved that, too!!

This property is great for a family. We especially enjoyed being all together in the living room/dining/kitchen area. And the screened in porch off the living room added more space. The shuttle service is very convenient to get to the beach, pool, and shopping areas.

Great house, great location
The house was exactly as advertised. Great location on a quiet street in the back of Seacrest Beach. Easy access to the beach via the convenient shuttle stop. Walking/jogging trail access was a plus. Communication from the owner was good. We will definitely consider this property again for future 30A trips.

Our family had an amazing vacation from start to finish. We arrived a few hours early and the owners allowed us to check in with no issues. The house is located in the back of the neighborhood, which was perfect. We were still just a 5 minute walk to the pool, 7 minute walk to the open green area (restaurants, shops) and 10 minute walk to the beach…but it was so quiet back on our street. There was very minimal car traffic throughout the entire neighborhood (especially our street) and I never hesitated to let the kids walk or ride their bikes. The house was very clean and updated and worked very well for our family. The large master bedroom upstairs had ample space for adding an air mattress. We visited during, what we were told was, the busiest season on 30A ever. Despite the large number of guests in the area, we never felt like it was too crowded. On pool days, we tried to get to the pool when it opened around 9 to ensure we had chairs and, on beach days, someone from our family took chairs to the beach in the morning to save spots. However, even without the advanced preparations, I think we would have been fine. We cooked food at the house a couple nights and drove offsite to restaurants a couple nights. The other nights were spent at the local restaurants, trying different things. We will definitely come back!

Great living space, bedrooms and bathrooms. Nicely located toward rear of the neighborhood which makes it quieter than closer to the restaurants and stores.
