La nostra casa al mare è una deliziosa casa con 4 camere da letto, con vista sull'oceano, all'estremità sud dell'isola di Topsail. Topsail Beach è una spiaggia tranquilla e adatta alle famiglie.
La nostra casa dispone di due ampie camere da letto con bagno in mezzo su ogni lato della spaziosa cucina / camera familiare completamente attrezzata. Una camera lato oceano ha un nuovo materasso Simmons king size e una TV LCD da 32 pollici. La camera da letto lato suono ha due letti singoli. Dall'altra parte della camera familiare troverete un letto matrimoniale con TV LCD da 19 pollici sul lato oceano. La camera da letto lato suono ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo.
Nella camera familiare troverai una smart TV Samsung da 50 pollici con Netflix, Amazon Prime e un lettore Blu-ray per guardare film la sera quando non ti godi la splendida vista delle stelle e i suoni rilassanti del onde.
La nostra cucina completamente attrezzata è dotata di tutto il necessario per cucinare un favoloso pasto da gustare nella nostra veranda protetta! I panorami sono così belli dalla cucina che non ti dispiacerà nemmeno cucinare!
La camera familiare si apre su una veranda riparata dove è possibile consumare pasti all'aperto o semplicemente rilassarsi e godersi il panorama. Per gli amanti del sole, c'è un grande ponte aperto proprio fuori dalla veranda protetta e una bella passerella privata per la spiaggia.
Per quelli di voi con bambini, lasciate che si godano la "grande sala adolescenziale" al piano inferiore che comprende una grande sala con TV, Wii e biliardino e un bagno! Questa zona è perfetta per gli adolescenti che hanno il loro spazio. Non ci sono scale interne, quindi non sarebbe adatto per i bambini a dormire; tuttavia, è sicuramente un posto divertente dove giocare in una giornata piovosa o se hanno avuto abbastanza sole per la giornata!
Nel garage troverai la lavatrice / asciugatrice, una griglia a gas Weber, diverse sedie da spiaggia, boogie board, secchi e pale per rendere la tua vacanza un po 'più piacevole!

This property was more than we could of hoped for. The layout was perfect for multiple families traveling together. The family/living space was open and fit everyone. The kids loved the "teen room" downstairs and felt like they had a place of their own to relax at the end of the day. We loved being able to step off the back porch straight onto the beach. We will be renting this house again in the future!!

What a great house!! Although updated and modern, it exemplifies what an old-school beach house should feel like!! The open living/dining/kitchen space provides plenty of room for everyone. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to cook several meals. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and utensils. We always buy bags of ice for general use and our beach coolers but the ice maker was surprisingly quick at replenishing supplies for beverages and evening cocktails. The bedrooms are all good-sized and the bedding is comfortable. There is enough space in the twin room to accommodate a twin air mattress or cot if you need an extra sleeping space. The downstairs (outside access only) great room was a welcome retreat for the teens in our group.
The screened-in porch and deck are amazing! Comfortable furniture and endless ocean views make this the place to be when you aren't on the beach. The night-sky views are second to none (the listing photo is not an exaggeration!).
The beach is clean and wide, even during high tide. The beach refurbishment project did an excellent job of restoring the area. It is worth noting that the refurbishment did build a dune in front of the house. You can still use the beach access steps from the deck but do have to walk a short way to cross over at the public access beside the house.
We had a great week! Anthony and Holly were quick to respond to any questions we had both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay at their home again. Topsail and Surf City are fun, family-friendly beaches with everything you need for a perfect vacation!!

Our family of eight plus our 6 month old granddaughter absolutely loved our stay! We loved the layout of the house itself where we could all be together on one level, and we had everything we needed. We loved the screened in porch and the deck with the rocking chairs. We loved waking to the sunrise every morning which you could enjoy from your bedroom window, the deck or down on the beach. We loved the short walk or bike ride to the quaint little shops and grill right down the road. We simply loved everything about our vacation at Topsail!

It's was a wonderful week. Very clean and everything needed to cook all meals. The access to beach is a step away. Loved having the screened in porch to enjoy all meals and evenings. Very friendly family island which made our stay feeling relaxed and safe. Minutes from very good restaurants on the south end.Highly recommended rental.

Cute house! We had a rocky start with crazy rain, but the house was great. It was well-stocked and clean. The owners were very responsive. The beach is magnificent. We cooked in most nights because we couldn't leave that view. I have said this in previous years, but it bears repeating: There isn't a lot to do on Topsail Island and the best restaurant closed last year, so you have to want to sit on the beach and relax for a whole week. That's why the house you choose is so important! We highly recommend Holly and Anthony's home!

We have been to Topsail many times over the years, and this may be the best vacation house we've ever rented. It was beautiful inside and out, and the screen porch was a wonderful way to enjoy the ocean without fighting the sun! The teenage great room was also wonderful as it allowed the kids and adults to both have enjoyable game time. Anthony was very responsive and wonderful to work with. We cannot recommend this property highly enough, and will definitely be looking at it on our next trip to Topsail!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The main floor was very open and confortable, with a well appointed kitchen and the perfect view of the beach. Having two bicycles in the garage was very convienent as well. The highlight of the trip was seeing baby sea turtles being released right on our beach.
