Great Place! This was our family's 3rd year in a row staying at this super Cute place. Love the location and the views on the river are unbeatable - dolphins, manatee sightings all the time! Beach is like only a block away and easily walked. Owner's are great and speedy with communication. We will definitely be staying here again!

Location was wonderful! Enjoyed watching the dolphins each day and the sunsets were beautiful. House was clean but some accent pillows were not. Could use a new couch. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Only downside were the neighbors above us. They were a bit loud late at night. Overall we had a great time!

Great views on the Banana River, sunset, dolphin and manatee. Short walk across the road to ocean. Clean rooms, fans keep place cool. (Does have ac too) Basic stocked kitchen. This was our 2nd time at this location.
