THE HOUSE
Welcome to our new and luxurious 63m2 apartment, located in an intimate and quiet complex. This bright and welcoming apartment is a perfect place to enjoy and relax! You can prepare a fresh meal or dinner in the kitchen, relax by the pool or read a book while sipping a drink on the house's private terrace or in the livingroom. A comfortable king size bed will make your sleep easy and restful.

The house has everything you need to enjoy your holiday, including AC and WiFi ,and it's fully furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: appliances, pots, plates, etc.

The home is professionally cleaned before each stay and comes with clean linens, towels, soaps and everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

THE SURROUNDINGS
We are in the most glamorous neighborhood of Tulum, La Veleta, very close to the Central Park Residence (where you will find restaurants, SPA, Cinema), two blocks away from the new road to the beach (Avenida Kukulkàn) and less than three miles away from the most spectacular archaeological site of ​​the Caribbean Sea.

Nonetheless, our residence is in a PERFECT position because it is located in a quiet and serene atmosphere. Our apartment is a perfect, relaxing base from which to plan and enjoy your holidays

We're within walking distance from wherever you want to go to eat, drink and be entertained! .

So, come and spend your time in the pool, meet other travelers and visit the city and its beautiful surroundings! :) Relax. Lie back on the picturesque beach and admire the crystal clear ocean waters. Swim or dive in any of the countless cenotes that dot the jungle. Dine at one of Tulum's many restaurants.

This is a rental for the entire apartment. You will not share it with anyone and you will have access to everything in it.

Note: Tulum is a young city that is still developing. We strive to make our home a luxurious jungle oasis, but there are rare and occasional problems that are beyond our control, including WiFi outages, water and power outages. The plumbing in Mexico is old so we ask that no paper products, including toilet paper be flushed down the toilet and instead be placed in the bin. Air conditioning is also very expensive, so we ask that you be careful when using it by keeping the doors closed if A/C is running.
