Gorgeous large lakefront home with firepit and a private dock!
Questa spaziosa casa costruita su misura ha quasi 5.000 piedi quadrati ed è ben progettata sia dentro che fuori. Camere di dimensioni generose in tutto e zona giorno si sviluppa su tre livelli. La grande sala al piano principale è caratterizzata da un soffitto a volta svettante, un camino in pietra a 2 lati in legno e finestre massicce che regalano splendide viste sul lago da 580 acri sul lago Pickerel. La casa dispone di 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni, tra cui una grande suite padronale con vasca idromassaggio, doccia e sauna. Il ponte sul lago offre ampio spazio per tutta la famiglia. Approccio di livello all'840 'della facciata d'acqua sul lago Pickerel è come nulla che tu abbia mai visto prima. La proprietà è circondata da acqua su 3 lati e si trova su 3+ ettari di terreno. Ci sono due garage per 3 auto (uno attaccato / uno staccato), un enorme vialetto circolare, un terreno paesaggistico, un pontile permanente, un molo galleggiante e tanto altro!

Even though there were houses fairly close, the property felt secluded and was extremely quiet. It was very clean when we arrived and the kitchen was well stocked with needed items. The only issue we had was getting enough air upstairs to the bedrooms in order to be somewhat comfortable; in order to do this it was freezing downstairs most of the time. But overall it was a beautiful house, the numerous tables where very useful for a family of 13. We can't wait to return for next years family vacation.

The cabin is nice (a bit oddly laid out) likely due to an addition, but definitely the nicer end of homes I've stayed at over the last 30 years.
Master bedroom was freezing cold at night, despite trying to turn up the thermostat - it took us an additional night to find the extra blankets.
We paid the pet fee to bring our dog and we were told to clean up after her (we did). However, it is clear that nobody else has done so as the backyard was full of dog "deposits" from past guests.
My biggest gripe though, is that for the price, we were given only two "pods" for the dishwasher, one partial roll of papertowles and expected to bring our own bathroom towels. This was under the guise of lack of "manpower" but we had bath mats for the floors....Based on what we paid, providing towels to dry ourselves off isn't too much to ask (nor would be a few bottles of shampoo),
The property is very nice, fire pit was great and view wonderful. The kids had a nice time, just wish we had had some snow and ice to go along with our trip (what a weird year weatherwise!)

WE love the area and Pickerel Lodge was perfect for us. there was 14 of us and we had plenty of room. THe kitchen had everything we needed.I really liked that there wasn't 50 steps down to the waster. the young ones loved fishing off the dock. the 2 tables for meals was so nice. we could all eat together'
