It was convenient to the pool and beach, which allowed our family to fully enjoy our time in the sun and water.

This is our second stay at Casa Delmar in this same unit. It has been remodeled and was great! Everything you need is there. The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of towels, etc. The only downside is the parking at this location. The spaces are tight and it's hard to maneuver larger vehicles. If you plan on driving 2 Tahoes, I'd consider an alternative vehicle. Other than that, I wouldn't pass this gem up. Also the owner was so attentive and quick to answer any of my calls or texts.

The condo was very nice. I had thought it would be closer to the baseball fields. We spent a lot of time driving. All in all, it was a good choice.

The house was gorgeous and the location was perfect! My only two complaints was that we had trouble with the door in the downstairs bedroom. We opened it and could not get it to lock back. I called and text the owners. They finally called me back and was very nice and offered to call a locksman. Luckily my Husband kept messing with it and fixed it finally. We never opened that door again. Also, the front left eye on the stove was tore up. We turned it on and couldn't get it off. That is a fire hazard and needs to be fixed. Everything else is really nice and decorated beautifully. They had beach toys and a beach cart which came in handy. I just wish we could have stayed the whole time. We had to leave 5 days early due to my Son that has disabilities had a really bad Seizure. He was so weak after that we wasn't able to enjoy himself so we decided to leave. At least my Friend was able to stay and enjoy herself. We would love to come back and visit.

This property was amazing! Everyone had their own space. Quiet neighborhood. The pool was awesome! The close proximity to the beach made it just perfect! We can’t wait to stay again!!

We arrived at 2p. Cleaning lady was there We came back at 4p she was still not done. Fridge and kitchen area was not clean. We had to wash a blanket and pot holders to use. It wasn’t clear that the kitchen was on the third floor. So six flights of stairs. To the kitchen from the master bedroom There is a small elevator for two. Old spices and old food was left that looked rotted. Broken and rusted beach chairs. Stove had a broken knob so the burners were on several times when the knobs said off. Seems to be a fire hazard. The rooms were spacious. Just not a place if you have feet, leg or weight problems. Great location the beach was across the street and view for a young crowd. Angela responded right away with any questions

We really loved the Sunnyside area and would definitely stay again. The house was nice, lots of stairs but there is an elevator. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a few things go wrong with appliances while we were there but Angela was very responsive, had a repairman out very quickly and did her best to fix the situation. Only real complaint about the house is the parking. The people who planned that gated community needed to put more thought into layout. It’s not good for any of the units that I could see. But, if you don’t have a large vehicle or horrible neighbors, you’re good to go. Short walk to the beach and it was never crowded. Delicious restaurant about 1/2 mile away. Grocery about 1/2 mile away. We’d stay here again.

This is a four-story property that is wonderfully maintained and decorated, with modern appliances in the kitchen and a brand-new washer/dryer. Each elevated level has a balcony, and the bottom floor has a walkout patio. The ocean views are very good from the 3rd and 4th level. I visited this property with two families, and the 4-story layout was perfect for us, because we were able to separate ourselves into areas of the house for privacy. Even with nine of us, it was easy to find privacy or a quiet location to get some work done. If stairs aren't your thing, there is a nice elevator that accesses floors 1-3. We found that especially useful for unloading groceries and sending them up to the kitchen level. Being in a gated community limited the amount of traffic and noise, which was also a great benefit for us. Being this close to the beach usually comes with a bunch of day-trip traffic and parking congestion, but that's not the case here. We were able to grill on several occasions while the kids swam in the adjacent pool, which was a big plus, as well, because many of the restaurants in PCB are having trouble with staffing and limiting their dining hours. We were very pleased with the condition, location, size, and amenities at this home. However, if you're not completely satisfied or if you need something during your stay, Angela is just about the easiest and best person to communicate with. I'd highly recommend...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is right across the street from public beach access. Great views from each floor. The pool right outside our door was very convenient for us with our 3 yr old. It is located on the quiet end of PCB (I believe its considered Sunnyside or Laguna) highly recommend for families!

Location, Location, Location It was not crowded!! Pros - Loved the location, very short walk to the beach. The townhouse was very clean. Kitchen was supplied well and several items like cart, chairs and toys to take to the beach. Cons- arrived at 4:00 cleaning lady was still there so didn’t get in until after 4:30. App for gate didn’t work several times so would have to wait several minutes for the app to reset. Front burner on the stove didn’t work. Parking at this unit was difficult. FYI- I highly recommend not to drive a truck or big SUV. Overall we loved our stay and would stay again.

This property is located just across the street from the public beach access. Beaches were busy but we always found a nice spot since this is a residential area with no high rises. When we arrived. there were some major housekeeping issues. The property manager replied immediately and had someone out within an hour or two to resolve it. The property is also steps from the pool, which was awesome!! Everything you might need in the kitchen is also provided! Overall, an excellent experience!
