We really enjoyed staying at Emerald Beach Resort. The condo was exactly as described and had a very “homey” feel to it. We will definitely be staying there again. The condo was through Blue Swell and they were great, quick to answer any questions I had. Easy check in and out.

Stay was great. Just a lot of fees added to the room stay making it costly.

Great location , nice view, near a decent amount of activities and restaurants within walking. Having two beach chairs and an umbrella included everyday took the stress out of having to secure a spot on the beach each day, such a great perk! The pool bar was ok, very slow, only one bartender and were often gone because they had to retrieve their own supplies as things ran low, (not sure why they wouldn’t support their staff more knowing it’s a busy season). Pools were nice, the pool inland was very nice with kid pool and a heated pool as well as outdoor games to play. The unit itself was good, master bedroom was spacious and comfortable, nice attached bathroom. Second bedroom was small and comfortable . The twin bunk in alcove is definitely awkward. They are located when you immediately walk in the unit. Overall a nice condo and amenities and a good price.

We stayed at this condo for the month of February / 25. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Panama City Beach. Emerald Beach condos are in a good location for everything, except proximity to golf courses. There are two golf courses nearby. One is in perpetually poor condition & over crowded, the other is way overpriced for an average course. If golfing is something that you would like to do on your vacation, this is not the area to stay in.As for the condo, it is sort of as depicted in the photos. Nice views & sunsets from the balcony. Cleanliness was good & we found the beds comfortable. But the condo is in need of some TLC. Rugs in the bedrooms are frayed (especially at the bedroom entrances & should be replaced), all the faucets are loose & dated. As reported in previous reviews, the patio door needs some work (only one side was functional & the patio door screens were stuck so we didn't try to move them. The hide-a-bed couch is not comfortable to sit on. I guess most of the cheaper ones aren't. The dehumidifier is very loud (think it may need to be replaced). The screws on the door hinges to access the furnace room were loose making the door awkward to open & close. Guests need to access the furnace room to get to the laundry room. The refrigerator broke down & needed to be replaced during our stay. We were given a small fridge immediately as a replacement. A week later they replaced the broken fridge with a new full sized fridge.
