The cabin was spacious for the whole family and had everything that we needed. The house was well stocked and beautifully decorated. We would recommend staying here to make memories. Our family will definitely be back!

With 4 children ranging from 16-3 finding a house that can help entertain them all is difficult, but this house succeeded! It is a relaxing, comfortable home. Would stay here again!

This beautiful house had everything we needed even a crockpot! The front deck was amazing as we watched two ravens eating from the bird feeders. The backyard was such a treat for us to watch the first NFL game of ‘23 on the big screen! All the swings, hammocks and comfy chairs made it fun for all! We will all be back!!

Spent a few nights at the cabin and we had a great time. Spent time playing board games with the kids and exploring during the day. Recommend Bearizona if you have kids, exploring a lava cave (need headlamps and warm clothes), hiking, and taking the gondola up the mountain. Look forward to coming back. Excellent host!

Met family to relax and get out of the summer heat. Cabin was well appointed and provided plenty of games and entertainment. Host was communicative and helpful. Great place for families. We didn't do nearly as much sight seeing because we opted to hang in the cabin and chill. Highly recommend and plan to return.

This was our first time staying in a vacation home and didn't know what to expect, but Rich made it very easy. He was so nice, answered all of my questions and even kept in contact with us throughout our stay. Prior to our stay Rich sent us a great document that outlined the property, everything in it, how to use it, and information on check-in and check-out, it was so helpful. The cabin was easy to get to and was a great location in-between Flagstaff and Sedona. The cabin was clean, smelled great and had everything you could possibly need inside and out. My kids had such a great time playing all the games, they were never bored, and we had great, quality family time. We will definitely be back.

We really loved our family time at this house! It was clean, had everything we needed (literally) and we didn’t need to leave the house to have fun. There were games for all ages, my child (2 YO) was safe and still able to be active, the views were beautiful and the area was fun to bounce around in! We will be back! Thank you Rich!

The cabin was very beautiful and comfortable. My children loved it. We felt right at home. It's nestled in the beautiful pines and its close to the freeway for easy access. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful cabin. Clean and as described. Ideal for family getaway. Many options for both adult/kid activities and relaxation, while having the necessary features to ensure child safety. Access to water hose allowed for easy cleaning of outdoor furniture and play area. Close proximity to golf course/rec center, walking path, convenience store and restaurant. Easy drive to Flagstaff and Williams for other activities. Most definitely see the family returning. Also, Rich was pleasant, helpful & communicative. Thanks again for the wonderful stay.

Thank you to Rich and his family for sharing their Paradise in the Pines! The cabin is loaded with fun activities that kept our active 7 year old busy and our tween off her phone. The backyard was our haven during our stay with the outdoor games and the projector. I’d give this 10 stars if I could. We will definitely be back!

We loved every minute spent at the cabin. We felt welcomed from the very beginning and the check ins from the owner made us feel valued as their guests. The cabin was cozy and perfectly fit for our family. We played board games, the arcades and watched movies. we also spent some time outside in the backyard and got a chance to explore national parks from around the area. Overall our vacation was amazing and the stay at the cabin made it so much better.

We had an amazing weekend at the Paradise in the Pines cabin! We took our daughter for her 3rd birthday Bearizona. The cabin was very accommodating and clean. Had everything you might need/want when bringing little kids. The communication with the owner was great. Would definitely recommend!

The stay was amazing. This home was incredible and the property owners are a delight. Rich, the owner, was always communicating asking what we needed or any questions. Check in was easy, neighborhood was peaceful. Only thing I would say for anyone staying in this area is to plan meals ahead of time, as the community only has a few restaurants that close very early. My wife and I will definitely be looking to stay at this location again in the future.

This cabin was very clean and well stocked with more than needed. There were so many great games both inside and outside for all ages. The owners checked in via text just in case we had any questions or needed anything and were very nice. We definitely want to stay here again in the future.

This property was amazing. It was my husband, I, three grandchildren and our son. It fit all of us very comfortably the home was very roomy and had a wonderful fireplace that we enjoyed. The kids loved the bunkbeds. This place was so welcoming. There was everything from board games, Pac-Man machine, to a shuffleboard table by the fireplace. Rich made it very easy to contact him and frequently sent information that we needed.
On our arrival he had a welcoming bottle of wine waiting for us. He was a wonderful host. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your home.

This is the perfect family cabin. Everything that you need to have a great time is already there. We had quite a bit of snow while we were there, so we did not get to utilize the outside entertainment, but we will likely go back in the fall. Rich is an absolutely amazing host and is always available with great tips for the area. Highly recommended for large families.

This was a great place to stay. Located close to Flagstaff and Sedona. Just an hour and a half from the Grand Canyon. The owners were easy to communicate with. The house had lots of games for kids and a nice fireplace for those cool evenings.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Communication with the owner is excellent. Our kids enjoyed playing in the snow, and absolutely loved the downstairs bedroom with video games. It was the perfect retreat for our family!

This is an amazing cabin! The host, Rich, was fantastic and checked on us to make sure we were well taken care of. The cabin has so many amenities including the downstairs game room/bunk room for the kids. Perfect for dogs including dog door and full fenced in yard, complimentary dog treats and bowls. Rich went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic! Will definitely rent this cabin again!

Our family had a great time staying in Munds park at Rich’s home. The kids had lots to do in their fully loaded basement and backyard. The neighborhood and surrounding woods were covered in about a foot of snow, we had a blast outdoors, and warmed up by the real wood fire! Thanks so much for having us.

We had the best time at this cabin! Rich was an amazing host and provided very clear instructions for everything and checked in multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. The basement was awesome for the kids with bunk beds, play station and pac man. There were tons of board games for both the kids and adults to enjoy. We had fun in the snow then enjoyed the fire. Our dog loved it too! Can’t say enough good things about this place!

This home is everything advertised. It was clean, comfortable and quiet and has a great setup for dogs. It was just my husband and I but I felt guilty we didn't have grandkids, because they had so many games and fun things to do. The host, Rich was reaponsive and concerned that we were comfortable. We will definitely be back!

We rented this property so we could celebrate our son's birthday with our family. This property was perfect for our group which included a mixed bag of adults a teen and young children. We all had fun and this home was cozy, comfortable and spacious! There was something for everyone. Rich is a wonderful host!

Wonderful comfortable escape to the woods. Spacious, plenty of activities no matter the weather. Clean, well supplied nice quality paper products, cleaning supplies, dish/glassware. Great for pups as well with a locked deck gate so you can all relax! If you have children or are a big kid yourself… so many options. Also just a 5 minute drive to Lake Odell, a small peaceful lake to walk or a group of forest trails. Kota coffee good coffee, great paninis! Will be back!
