Centrally Located Cozy Home in a Quiet and Safe Neighborhood
Il nostro posto è vicino all'aeroporto, ai parchi, all'arte e alla cultura, alle spiagge e ai trasporti pubblici. Amerai il nostro posto a causa dello spazio all'aperto e del quartiere tranquillo. Il nostro posto è buono per coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). Ampio cortile recintato ideale per i cani. C'è un parco e ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi. Viviamo nella porta accanto e siamo disponibili per il massimo o il meno desiderato dai nostri ospiti.

There was an unfortunate issue at check in which delayed entry. Eventually we worked that out. The price for the property was excellent. The owner did compensate for the check-in issue which I thought was fair. I don’t really give 5 stars unless something is spectacular so 4 stars is a very good review. I’d recommend staying at the property if you are in the area and chalk up the check-in issue to just one of those things.

Very nice house.Enough things in the kitchen to cook and make it home.Also for the rest enough of everything I stayed 3 months with my son here.It really felt like home.Good communication with the ownersNice backyard with good place to sit and BBQ. For sure i would look if available next time i come over to the area.

Nice house. Clean. Plenty of room. Owner leaves clear instructions on everything from ac to WiFi. Nice neighborhood central to St Pete area. Recommend!

The living room furniture is old and worn out. The leather sofa torn in several place and the refrigerator were not clean out. In two of the bedroom’s the linen appears not to be clean. Also, missing blinds, in the livingroom and dining areas. Outside trash was not removed before we can.
