Questa casa sulla spiaggia offre un open space. cortile privato con barbecue ed è il luogo ideale per venire a godersi la vita!
C'è una grande cucina con un sacco di gabinetto e contatore spazio. Ci sono posti a sedere per quattro. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con forno a microonde, macchina per il caffè, e tutti i comfort di casa.
Il solarium con vista sul privato, recintato cortile.
C'è una lavanderia interna.
Il soggiorno ha un grande schermo t piatta. v., ampio divano e l'amore sedile.
Ci sono due camere da letto. Uno ha un letto matrimoniale. La seconda camera ha due (2) letti singoli. Entrambe le camere hanno un t. v. e ampio ripostiglio.
Il bagno è dotato di un nuovo gabinetto e vanità.
La casa è stato completamente aggiornato con nuova vernice, legno e pavimenti in piastrelle. Finestre hanno nuove persiane interne. Nuovi ventilatori a soffitto e molto altro ancora. Tutto ciò che è necessario avere per sentirsi come a casa.
Questa casa si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di traffico gratuito. L'estremità orientale della via conduce alla spiaggia. C'è un parco con servizi igienici. La parte occidentale della nostra strada conduce a un dock / kayak pubblico pescatori dove è possibile godere di un bel tramonto. Lo shopping è proprio dietro l'angolo, a pochi passi.
Accordi possono essere presi per gli oggetti per bambini, come un seggiolone, pack-n-play, seggiolino e passeggino senza alcun costo aggiuntivo.

the property was great for the two of us and our pets. We loved being so close to the ocean. Perfect size for us and easy to take care of. All the amenities we needed. Bobbi was so informative and helpful. And we also really liked Marsha. We were hoping to book again next year but looks like they already have renters. A great place to stay and would like to stay again.

Great Location, Short walk to beach and nice neighborhood, we were able to walk our dogs every day around the block.

Area is where we live to be because it's close to things we enjoy, not real busy, close to the ocean and river AND our dog loved the backyard. My favorite room was the dining room/sunroom. Hope to be back again. Property manager was super great to work with.

Some good things about my stay include: Good location to the ocean, and stores nearby. Dog park 5 minutes away. House was nice enough. Some things I thought were odd is that the vast majority of Windows do not open in the house. Most of the shutters on the windows are broken. There were two broken TVs in both bedrooms. But worst of all, unfortunately, the property manager had a disconnected landline listed as the phone number. Before I drove 22 hours to get there, I had no address and I had no contact with the property manager because they had listed a disconnected phone number. Even VRBO could not get a hold of them. I thought that this was a scam. Me and my husband had to Google the property manager's name for several hours until we reached someone in a phone number. It was then that I got the address to the property. I had to Google the property managers name for 3 hours until I I found a number that put me in touch with someone at the property this was incredibly stressful and needless. At the minimum, Property managers need to respond to email and have valid phone numbers when people rent their homes. The other issue for me was that, to know fault of anyone's, there was a bad thunderstorm and the TV had a power surge and broke down. An assistant of the property manager asked me to contact the cable company. Like why would I do that? I do not own the home I do not pay for cable, and I do not own any of the appliances.here were also three TVs in the house. Two TVs never worked and were non-functioning. The other TV broke down during a storm. Property owner or assistant told me to contact the cable company to get it fixed. I was also told that a beach umbrella was being shipped to the house but it never came and never arrived. So I bought my own. I have a feeling that the property manager's l family members take care of this property and are not really interested in doing so.
