We spent a week in Vail skiing and this was a great condo. It was really quiet inside. The King bed was very comfortable, the shower was good, the kitchen really well equipped and the heating was excellent. There were supplies of absolutely everything you needed.
Ski storage is right outside the front door, so really convenient.
The coin operated laundry was down stairs at the end of the building, which we used.
We chose to drive the 10 minutes to park at the Vail transportation garage and this worked really well, but there is a free shuttle available.
Leti was fabulous to deal with both before and during our stay.
We would recommend this condo and would gladly stay again.

Leti was a terrific host and good communicator. Any questions that I had were quickly answered. Her place was spotless and super clean which is very important when I choose a place and also highly accurate with the pics. She also had supply of soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion for you so no need to bring any of those on your trip. Thanks for an incredible stay! Next time I am in Vail I know where I will be booking.

We had such a wonderful time. The condo was extremely clean and well decorated. It was stocked with everything you could want. I could tell that the host takes a lot of pride in creating a great experience for her guests. We were in Vail for a soccer tournament and the Racquet Club is a great place for families. On top of the wonderful condo we stayed in, there was a nice pool with hot tub. Also, in my opinion, the on-site restaurant was far better than any family friendly restaurant we have found in Vail Village. I will definitely rent this condo again. Thank you, Leti!

This was a great place to stay and Leti was close by to handle anything and everything needed. There was some pretty loud maintenance going on at the condo upstairs (which is allowed after Labor Day and before peak ski season on weekdays until 5pm), so if you’re staying during that window of dates, you might plan on being gone from the condo during that time. Otherwise, the condo was stocked with everything needed- the TVs were very good quality, the grill was nice for grilling steaks, and it was beautiful. The creek was an added bonus and we enjoyed sitting by it and enjoying the beautiful scenery. We will definitely try to stay here again and again!

This was our second stay here as we attend the Bravo Vail music festival. The condo has been nicely updated and is “crisp and clean”. The location is primo in east Vail, peaceful quiet, away from the crowds at Vail center. Communication with our host was excellent and the handbook on the counter was informative and thorough. All facilities worked fine and for a couple in our early70s, we could not ask for a better place. Will be back next year!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! While the complex is dated, this condo is completely updated on the inside and beautiful. It was very clean and nicely stocked. Leti was absolutely amazing to work with on this visit! She was very communicative, provided excellent recommendations, and even checked on us while we were staying. She is very organized and had a great notebook in the condo with information on local activities, restaurants, etc. We visited in the off-season, so it was a bit warm to have no A/C. But this is common in the area, and we were well aware before renting. We opened the windows in the evening, and it cooled down nicely. This condo is about a 10-minute drive to Vail Village / Lionshead. Definitely rent a car in the off-season! We are very active people so were bummed that the gym would cost for use, but we were well aware of this ahead of time as Leti made it very clear in all the information. We got our exercise through hiking instead. If you want to be in walking distance to the slopes and the village, then this wouldn't be for you. We preferred day trip adventures so didn't mind the distance. I would definitely recommend this condo!

We loved this condo! Upon arrival it was very clean and we were impressed by the well-equipped kitchen. The condo is cozy without feeling cramped. Comfortable bed, too! The balcony is a lovely place to watch the birds and listen to the rushing creek. Last but not least, Leti is friendly and responsive.

This property was a perfect location and all we needed to do was park when we got there - excellent bus system into the town (shopping and food) area. Property was very clean and super comfortable - we’d definitely stay again the next time we’re in Vail!!

Phenomenal!!! That is the most accurate word I can use for our stay. The condo is amazing and so is Leti! Everything about this condo and Leti is above 5 stars. It’s gorgeously renovated from glass tiles in the shower, to granite countertops in the kitchen, and top-of-the-line appliances. The bedroom beautifully appointed with the built-in, all the wood accents, and the super soft carpeting. But the star of the show is that king size bed! One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in!
Leti is an AMAZING host and is there to answer any questions you could have. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed and will definitely be staying here again. I wholeheartedly recommend considering this condo if you are traveling to Vail. Once again, everything about this condo and Leti is phenomenal!!!

This was the perfect place to kick back and relax after a day of skiing! The shuttle to and from Vail was super convenient. Communication with the owner was a breeze, and the condo has everything you’d need and then some. The only suggestion I have is that I’d recommend stopping for groceries in West Vail if you plan on cooking. Sim’s Market, near the condo in East Vail is more of a convenient store with snack-type food and a few limited grocery items. Definitely enjoyed my stay though and would gladly book here again!

Excellent vrbo-er. She made sure we were comfy and everything in order, plenty of easy directions on things. Place was well stocked and was like staying at a friend’s house! (So people, please be respectful of your stay). Only thing hard to find at night is the unit. It’s on the backside away from the parking lot and the key box is attached low, on the bench (hard to see at night)

I have nothing but good comments to say about my experience staying at Leti's place. The apartment is very well located, just a few stop from Vail Village in a beautiful resort surrounded by nature and and delightful view of gore creek from the living room! The entire apartment looks brand new with top notch appliances and lots of GREAT QUALITY kitchenware. The tub was a good place to relax after a long day of skiing. We enjoyed the apartment so much that we decided to stay in one day and just enjoy the coziness and the gorgeous views. I'm so happy with how everything turned out and I will definitely be staying here next time I hit the slopes. Also, Thank you so much Leti for being on top of everything!!! :)

The condo was beautiful and conveniently located right on the vail shuttle line. Travel between the village and condo was easy and no car needed. Leti the owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. She answered all our questions and had recommendations for things to do in the area. Would definitely recommend! It was great all around!

This property is better for a summer vacation not winter. It's too far from the ski area. You need a car. I thought this was in the Golden Peak area and it was not...it is in East Vail...

I’m not sure I can accurately put into words how AMAZING our stay was! We were camping through out Colorado and decided that we wanted to stay somewhere to just have a bed to sleep in. We love hiking in Vail (Booth Falls). We found this property and honestly weren’t expecting much. We’ve stayed at many places before and it was just okay.
Leti contacted me the day before check in, just to make sure we got everything we needed for a smooth check in. When we got there we got the opportunity to meet our host and they were both so friendly! Leti informed us that we could contact them for any issues if any arose. Our host communication throughout our stay was amazing!
The condo was perfect! It had everything we needed it was clean and organized! Everything was perfect!
Overall 10/10 it was like we were staying at a friends house! We love Leti and Michael and we will be staying there again!!
If you stay in the Vail, you definitely should stay here! It is just a quick bus ride to Lionshead, Vail village and amazing trails!

The property owner, Leti Amideo, was easy to contact and responded quickly. Her apartment was clean and comfortable, with no odd smells. Cabinets were nicely stocked with condiments and small items (e.g. the coffee filters we forgot to bring for our own brand of coffee) for our 3-day holiday. Thank you!
All was as expected, as advertised, and quite satisfactory until the upstairs neighbor proceeded to renovate their floor for brief intervals of scraping until 7pm on Friday, then using power tools for grinding as early as 8:30am on Saturday. Evening and weekend renovations were supposedly in conflict with the Vail Racquet Club policy, and Leti assumed she'd be enforcing subsequent compliance, but only after our departure. Such conflicts are perhaps inevitable in an apartment situation, with neighbors above, below, and to the sides, but this probability makes the intrusion no more acceptable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner, Leti, is very prompt and nice to work with. The condo was clean, tidy, cozy, and well equipped. Parking was good, and the bus was very easy to use. We will definitely try to book this condo again in our future trips to Vail!

Great summer location
I stay in this nice condo in East Vail for cycling, hiking and visiting Piney River Lake. Very convenient location with shuttle service to Vail Village. Will be back in August to ride the Double Bypass. You should give it a try!

Stay at Leti's Vail Racquet Club
I've stayed at VRC in the past for our annual Lacrosse tournament. Leti's place was the best I have stayed in. The layouts are all the same, the difference, the amenities. The kitchen in particular. All the appliances you could ask for are available, even an espresso maker. On top of that ample condiments, coffee filters, and plastic bags. All things I have had to purchase in the past and ultimately left behind. Leti's response time was quick and friendly. I would highly recommend the property.

If convenience us what you’re looking for, this is it! What a way for us to visit Colorado for the first time… having it be so close to the resort and coming back to a cozy, relaxing space makes it that much more spectacular.

Very nice property. Condo was fully updated with modern appliances. Much nicer than most places we've rented in Vail.
Kitchen was well stocked with everything including lots of odds & ends staples in the pantry.
Tall evergreens block 90% of the view of traffic. North-facing door & window both do a surprisingly good job of blocking noise, too.

Adorable condo & close to Vail
My husband and I have wanted to go to Vail to ski for years. This condo worked out perfectly! Clean, cozy, great location and excellent communication with the owner Leti. Shuttle stop was a close walk and takes you directly to Vail. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Everything went great. Condo is clean and well kept. Up to date. Two minute walk to bus system. Bathroom is small but worked fine for me. Recommend this rental for smaller number of renters. Good price point.
