The condo was perfect! It was spacious enough for our 3 families with plenty of room for our 4 toddlers to run around and play. The house was very clean and had all of the necessities. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!

The property is ver well maintained and super convenient for people with young kids. The front bedrooms are noisy as they are right by the elevator and you hear all of the foot traffic. The condo comes with MINIMAL supplies so be prepared to go shopping for even the basics (hand soap, dish detergent, toilet paper, trash bags, etc).

Our family really enjoyed this property for our daughters 4th birthday getaway. Everything was clean and relatively new. Easy access to the beach. The indoor heated pool & hot tubs were put to use. We would definitely rent this property again. Thank you!

The condo was very nice, clean, and comfortable. It was outfitted with virtually everything that we needed, had phenomenal views, and felt very secure. The building was also nice and clean, and the amenities were fantastic! The only complaint that we had was one that I cannot even call a complaint really - we were there in Sept, and a couple of the nights got quite chilly. This caused the outdoor pool with the slide to be absolutely freezing - so much so that almost no one went in. At that time the indoor pool was also cold, but we believe someone contacted the front desk, because the next day the indoor pool was much warmer and extremely pleasant to be in! If you decide to stay here and the pools are cold, we recommend telling the people at the front desk as they seemed to be very accommodating! We plan to go back to Gulf Shores in the future, and we would absolutely look to stay in this condo again!

There are many great things to say about this condo! The view was amazing! We were able to see very far out into the water with a clear view of the beach and surrounding sandbars. The property has a great fitness area with machine weights, dumbells over 50lb, and really nice cardio equipment. They provide traditional luggage carts and shopping carts to help move belongings in and out of the building. The parking garage is extremely nice and clean with great visibility at night to enter and exit safely. We shared the condo with grandparents and our family of four very comfortably. There were three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. There was one room with two double beds, and both of the other rooms had large beds in them.
VERY POSITIVE: Lot's of storage and closet space to keep the space clean and tidy for us to be able to use comfortably. The bathrooms were all large and spacious. There is an ice machine near the kitchen that refills itself very quickly. There is a full size refrigerator and freezer.
There were only a few negatives mostly with the furniture. The dining chair seats were not bolted to the chair frame. The couch cushions were very worn and had very little remaining structure or support making it very uncomfortable to sit for long periods. The second bedroom's mattress had a bubble on one side and was uncomfortable to sleep.
We plan on returning to this location in the near future and would love to make it our "home" when we visit Gulf Shores.

Great view and location. Had issues with our bed being dirty and bathroom. Owner was quick to respond, slow response from housekeeping which is not on site. Arrived at 4:30pm and they did not come until after 10pm. Would stay again but recommend they get a different cleaning company.

We have stayed at Phoenix Gulf Shores before so we knew the location and building would be great! Unit 1202 was beautiful! We had never stayed that high up and the view was amazing! The unit was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was pretty well stocked with the essentials we needed. The balcony furniture was also very nice which is important to us. We wanted to hear the ocean and be close to golfing and we were not disappointed. We loved the view from the 12th floor and the large balcony. The unit was modern and very comfortable and the staff was great. There are many choices of golf courses within 30 min and tons to do within walking distance. We also had a great stretch of beach.
