It is a charming room in the heart of Annecy. With an authentic French breakfast in a beautiful home environment. The hostess is extraordinarily friendly, and welcoming.
The property is great, nothing to dislike.

Access up to the top floor apartment is dangerous. You have to span two steps and try to get in the door sideways. It's ridiculously difficult. We are agile and in shape yet it is still a challenge. My wife fell coming up the jagged steps. The stairwell is dangerous as it is dark until the motion detector turns on a light. Breakfast is very mediocre. The ceiling vaults down so it's impossible to stand up straight in certain areas. The TV was not working.
