Non appena entrerai, sarai portato via dalle viste sull'oceano, dall'ampio piano aperto e dalla cucina moderna. Questo è un condominio ENORME appena ristrutturato 2 camere da letto / 2 bagni con nuova vernice, piastrelle in porcellana, mobili, elettrodomestici, armadi, ripiani, ecc. Il lungo balcone avvolgente di 715 piedi quadrati offre molti posti a sedere e diversi tavoli per mangiare all'aperto e viste mozzafiato. L'arredamento divertente e da spiaggia offre un'atmosfera rilassante e felice. La master suite si affaccia sull'oceano e vanta un letto pillow-top king size, un sacco di spazio per riporre e una TV via cavo a schermo piatto. Il bagno principale ha una nuova vanità, lavandino, rubinetto e ripiano in granito. La seconda camera ha due letti queen size, un sacco di spazio armadio e TV via cavo a schermo piatto. Il secondo bagno ha anche nuovi mobili, lavandini, rubinetti e ripiano in granito. La cucina dispone di illuminazione a LED, nuovi elettrodomestici, armadi e ripiani in granito. La cucina è ben equipaggiata con il nuovo frigorifero LG con acqua filtrata e fabbricatore di ghiaccio nella porta, nuove pentole, padelle, utensili, ecc. The condo is absolutely beautiful and it is well stocked with everything you need. The beds were very comfortable and the host David was so helpful.

Great views of everything with the wrap around deck. We thoroughly enjoyed the deck until we realized our "neighbors" had a great view into our Condo. I think some curtains would make the Unit perfect. The Unit was very spacious, and close to everything.

We were very impressed with the property...extra large balcony, plenty of seating, gorgeous view, plenty of room indoors, comfortable beds, plenty of closet space, master bath a lil small but adequate, kitchen and dining had all we needed...keurig didn't work very well, I think it just needed descaled...no issues with elevator and parking was fine. Pool was nice and clean, hot tub was clean, very short walk to the beach, supplied beach loungers nice. You will need to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels. It would be nice if there were somewhere to hang your shower towels and wet swimsuits. Also bring indoor shoes to keep your feet clean. But overall we had a very good stay and very impressed with the property... would definitely stay here again.💜

My family and I had the most amazing time here! Everything you need is close by! We loved the easy walk to the beach then taking a dip in the pool before we headed back to our beautiful room! The pictures don’t do this place justice! We WILL be coming back! Dave, the property owner, is AMAZING and so so kind! Everything was what I expected and more! We didn’t wanna leave and I pondered asking Dave how much he wanted for the property! Lol! If you get the chance to stay here…DO IT!!

This property was just perfect for our vacation. We have stayed in other units in WC, but this one is by far our favorite. The panoramic views are the best. The unit was clean and well equipped. Thanks for making this a vaca to remember.

Our family had a wonderful vacation in Panama City Beach. The unit we stayed in was great with unbelievable views from the wrap around balcony. It was clean with lots of space. We hope to be able to stay there again! Loved it!!

My family and I stayed 4 nights and we loved it! We let the owner know there were a few things that need replaced in the kitchen, but it wasn’t anything that affected our stay enough to make a big deal about it. We loved the decor and the view! We especially liked being on the end with no high rise next door. We would stay here again for sure!

We had an excellent weeklong stay here. This area of PCB feels more laid back than further up the beach nearer to the center of things, but this area doesn't feel far from the action. Easy to get in and out of, easy available parking and easy access to the beach. Plenty of room for our family of four. Simple, effective kitchen and lots of living room space for everybody. Thanks for the great stay!

Condo was perfect. Loved the large wrap balcony. Condo was clean and spacious. 2nd time booking one of Dave's units, and everything was flawless. Highly recommend any unit that Dave manages.

We were taken with the gorgeous view of the beach from the living room and gigantic deck, and the condo itself was clean, updated, and spacious. The condo was stocked with virtually everything we needed (we did need to bring extra toilet paper for the five of us). The complex is overall quiet, and is in a great location with a Publix nearby and beautiful St. Andrews State Park only a few minutes down the road. The check-in and check-out process was easy and smooth, and we loved the complimentary chairs and umbrella that we were able to use at the beach, too. If we come back to PCB, we'd definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great vacation!

This condo is very light and peaceful. The views are great whether you are on the couch chilling or out on the full wrap around deck. The location is great especially during the high season. You won't get stuck in traffic and the area is quieter. It is located near the state park at the end of Thomas St.
The kitchen is fully stocked if you'd like to stay in and boil yourself some fresh Royal Reds (shrimp) or grill a steak. There is a fitness room, a heated pool year around, beach side chair valet service and security on the premises. I would highly recommend this condo for your stay at PCB. We will definitely rent again for our next trip back.

All accommodations good with the exception of bath towels which were very old and thin. Also, whenever we have rented from VRBO properties, it has included soap and shampoo. This property had none.
VRBO site indicated extra parking pass would be $35. Property owner charged me $50.

We stayed here for a week for our honeymoon trip. Everything was lovely. The view with wrap around porch is absolutely amazing. It was very clean and looked just like the pictures. My only complaint is there were only a less then half a toilet paper roll in each bathroom so we had to go purchase toilet paper when that should come stocked and we were asked to clean towels and sheets wich is no big deal but they did not provide laundry detergent anywhere in the unit so we had to go purchase toilet paper and laundry detergent and it’s just something we shouldn’t have to go on a run and do doing your vacation. If your asked to do laundry it should be provided. Other then that the stay was awesome.

This was our 2nd stay at this condo, and it is so nice! The decor is beautiful, and the view is so perfect! Great communication with the owner, Dave, The Watercrest is a wonderful place to stay, perfectly located, and the beach is amazing! We will hopefully stay there again next year!!

We had an amazing week at this condo. It was clean with a lot of amenities in the kitchen (blender, salt, pepper, olive oil). Small stuff that you don’t want to buy while you’re there. The view of the water is excellent and with a wrap around balcony you could see the sunrise and the bay across town. Beds were clean and comfortable and bathrooms were clean with good water pressure.

The photos are beautiful...but the property and views are even more amazing in person. Unit has an open, airy (and clean) feel with great views. We spent a lot of time on the huge balcony. So relaxing! Dave was easy to work with. Would definitely recommend!

The views are amazing. The beds are very comfortable. Having beach chairs included was great. Be sure to reserve as soon as you get there. This condo was one of our favorites so far. We hope to come back again.

This condo was very clean. We were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Only problem we had was elevator not working when we checked in. But it was repaired quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

It was the best Fireworks display I have ever seen, eye level. Beaches were clean and amazing.
Very clean, very neat. The beds were amazing. It had everything we needed for our stay. The pictures do not do the view justice, it is beautiful. 5 stars!!
