From beginning to end, the stay was exceptional. From messaging, gathering info prior and while on site. Josh was very helpful with guidance even after hours.
Our crew usually rolling w/ 5-7 couples at a time. We usually sway away form the bunkbeds, when we can however, these actually fit 2 grown adults! This helped out tremendously. Made it alot more comfortable for eveyone. The place was. clean, the hot tub was perfect and the view was amazing.
First time to Sundance and to Park City. It did not disappoint. Went for a few mile hike in Park City off Main St. Did the shops and the Sundance nightlife. Great experience, reminded me of home where SXSW takes over except this, with SNOW!
Will definitely go back and book again.

This is our second year staying at this house, and we always appreciate how clean and spacious the place is. As always, the owners were responsive and accommodating to our needs.
In terms of feedback, I believe there’s an opportunity to fix two things: enhance the WiFi speed, and update the sofa to a non-moving sectional. The couch consistently slid apart into multiple pieces as it was used. The WiFi speed was not able to support streaming on the tv, or laptops for people to work remotely. For WiFi, it may be the service provider or the equipment (router/modem) in the house. A speed test showed around 3mb/s which may be lower than the advertised speed but is what was reaching the devices in the home.

Lots of rooms and space. Kids loved it! It was nice to rent a space that allows family gatherings. We had a wonderful family Christmas Party.
Only thing - a lot of stairs. If you have trouble walking - this is not the house to rent.

Our family had a great time at this property. The great room had plenty of seating in the kitchen but not as much for TV watching, but it worked. Just too many stairs for this grandma! Enjoyed the game rooms. Plenty of bunkbeds but really just three large master bedrooms for adults which you should be aware of. I was grateful that one couple couldn't sleep over, because it would have been difficult for them to have to sleep in bunkbeds. Some enjoyed the hot tub, although it never got up to the temperature we wanted. Main fireplace didn't work but that was not a big deal. Josh was helpful and responsive to me all of the time, even through Thanksgiving weekend which was impressive. Overall it was a great experience, although I would probably not bring my family again because of the stairs and stairs and stairs, hot tub temperature and only three adult bedrooms.

The place needs to be sprayed for bugs and spiders. We saw lots of spiders in the bedrooms. The electrical circuits couldn't handle the coffee machine and 2 griddles being used at the same time...kind of an issue with a large group like we had. We flipped the breakers, but the issue remained. Overall a cool place, but needs some attention on some maintenance issues.

This is a really beautiful home, in a great location. You can't beat the views from the balcony. It's very spacious, and very clean. We had a great reunion with friends and family. I look forward to booking this house again.

We held our family reunion here and had a wonderful time! House is very clean well kept and supplied. Jonathan was super helpful and present if needed can’t say enough about this property you get what you pay for on this one. Great location to Salt Lake and downtown Park city and Heber city.

This home is spectacular! The hot tub off the front deck has the most amazing views, Park City is gorgeous. The house had plenty of space for everyone, very clean, very well stocked. We really had a great time. The home itself is very well laid out with a lot of space set for big groups. Not once did we feel cramped or on top of each other and we have a huge family.

We had such a great time at this home. It's hard to find a home that works for both adults and kids and the layout of this house is so perfect. The kids had a blast in the game room, and in the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms and beds were very comfortable, we all slept great! We really enjoyed our time in Park City and look forward to coming back again.

This how is amazing. It has everything you could ever need, the views are spectacular, we were close to lots of restaurants and things to do. I own a vacation home as well and know how much work it is to keep the home updated, and this house has been so well taken care of. The beds and linens were 5 star and the overall layout of the home was fantastic. We will for sure be back. Great home!!!!

On the afternoon/evening of 3/10 received text indicating property had small emergency there was a flooding problem Was assured that after inspection by owners and property manager problem was minor inconvenience.
Upon arrival on 3/11 property problem was more than minor. There were buckets, fans and pads in multiple locations. Carpet on first and second level was wet and water was dripping from ceiling. Kitchen had water dripping on counter and kitchen floor from small window.
Since no other rental was available for 8 we had little choice we stayed and worked to help get everything dried out as quickly as possible. We moved fans and buckets, moved mats, shoveled snow off third floor patio.
For the first two days carpet was still so wet we had to make sure everyone had shoes on or their feet would get wet when walking on first and second floor. The carpet began to dry on third day but had very musty damp smell.
Property before flooding was worn and dated, with dated and worn furniture. Kitchen stocked very sparsely. One wine glass.
We left the property in better shape than we found it. We did the right thing our whole stay and simply have asked for the owners to do the right thing and refund one night. They offered far less.
Would not rent from these owners and property managers ever again. Owners seem only to be interested in getting their rental fees and not interested in renters problems and experience.

This was a great property with a great location. We had 16 adults and 2 children (ages 6 and 2) and never felt "crowded" with the spacious kitchen and living area. I would suggest at least 4 wash cloths and hand towels in the bathrooms as there was only 1 in each bathroom. Property is as pictured. Beautiful views of the mountains.

We were told this house could sleep 20 something people with pull out beds and all, but there wasn’t enough bedding for all our guests. We had 21 guests sleeping and not only no pool towels for the hot tub, not even enough regular towels for every guest. Upstairs there were 4 queen sized beds that slept 8 of us and only 2 towels in the bathroom . Very disappointing and just gross. We’re we supposed to share? Also the hot tub had definitely not been cleaned. When we went to get in, we couldn’t even see our feet it was that muggy. Location great but would not rent this place again.

Last year we reserved the home before covid shut everything down. We asked to refund our money as we would not be able to attend because of covid. They said pay up or loose your deposit. We don’t give refunds for any reason. Not even a world wide pandemic. I was shocked at how the money was more important to them than the safety of anyone. VRBO said there was nothing they could do except to encourage them to refund the deposit which they refused to do. They actually said they are fine taking the deposit and canceling our trip. Of course that’s a few thousand dollars of free money. After a couple of months we moved out trip to this July however only half of the people could show up. The place needs renovations which they plan on doing after we leave . I hope they get new bunk bed mattresses because the ones they have are awful. The location was great and the pool was great. Just disappointed that money was more important to them than the health and welfare of people especially our grandson who has a heart condition and there comment was well I guess he should stay home then. Make sure this is what you want before putting money down.

This house is massive and so nice! The family room area / breakfast room has an unreal view of the mountains. The hosts were super friendly and responsive throughout the entire booking process. The neighbors were friendly as well! Very clean house. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Our group had a wonderful time at the house and will certainly return. The view of Olympic Park was unbeatable to wake up to, and the free* bus into Canyons or Park City is a 2 minute walk from the house. We will be back next year!
