We love Folly Beach and when we come this is the place we stay. It’s the perfect location to town, the beach, and Bert’s! Omar and Julia are great hosts!

6 / 10

Clean and close to everything A/C did not work.

8 / 10

Old school beach apartments...easy walk to the ocean or downtown. Across the street from a popular bar with live music so be aware. Fun place but nothing fancy.

10 / 10

This is our second stay here and we are pleased. Comfortable and close to the beach. A short walk to restaurants and shops on Center St. We travel with our two little dogs and this property is perfect for them. The reserved parking spot is a bonus!
