Questa è un'unità fronte oceano diretta a 3 bagni e 3 bagni. Questa unità è stata rinnovata e non deluderà. se lo vedi pubblicato su craigslist è una truffa! affitto solo tramite vrbo. Ha nuovi pavimenti, nuova vernice, nuove vanità, nuovi controsoffitti, nuovi mobili, schermi piatti in ogni camera da letto ed è bellissimo. La camera da letto con vista sull'oceano ha un letto king size e uno schermo piatto da 50 pollici. Il bagno principale ha una vasca / doccia e lavandino. C'è anche un balcone chiuso fuori da questa camera da letto che può essere una zona salotto o una zona notte. La seconda enorme camera da letto ha un'incredibile vista sulla baia (con tramonti mozzafiato) e ha due letti matrimoniali e uno schermo piatto da 42 pollici e bagno completo adiacente. La terza camera ha anche una vista sulla baia e ha un divano letto con letto estraibile e un gemello su futon pieno. c'è anche un appartamento montato in quella stanza. Il soggiorno ha un grande sezionale in pelle, piatto da 50 pollici e un balcone esterno adiacente. la zona giorno ha anche una zona pranzo e sgabelli da bar per mangiare al bancone della cucina. L'Atlantis si trova sulla 103a strada che si trova in una sezione di grattacieli dove la zona è magnifica e la gente è eccezionale. Si trova al 17 ° piano, quindi i panorami sono mozzafiato sull'oceano e il suono delle onde che si infrangono sono incredibili. C'è anche un secondo balcone chiuso fuori dalla camera da letto principale dove si può godere della vista e dei suoni. Inoltre, dalla seconda e dalla terza camera si gode una vista meravigliosa sulla baia. Soprattutto, lasci la tua unità, passi la grande piscina e sei sulla spiaggia. My family stayed at this ocean front condo for one week and enjoyed it very much. We were a total of 13 guests (most children and 5 adults) but the home was large enough for host us comfortably. Sharon was very responsive to our messages and very kind. The condo is near the top floors so has a beautiful view of the ocean. There is a convenient pool downstairs with reasonable hours. The parking situation was very good, we did not have any issues, even with three cars. The staff in the security office downstairs were also very helpful. The condo is well furnished and has the cooking ware in the kitchen to use. Walmart is only a 15-20 minute drive and Food Lion is only 3-5 minutes away if you need anything. The Original Fractured Prune, Uber Bagels, and other nice restaurants are near by. We were lucky to find the week we stayed available. Just a Fabulous Summer stay.

Sharon was great to work with. She provided all the details needed for a great arrival, stay and departure. The ocean view from the balcony was spectacular as was the sunset view from the other bedroom. Her beach tips were very useful in saving us time and energy. Convenient location, close to stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

The unit worked out well for our family. Location is outstanding. Beautiful views. The owner of the unit made sure we were aware that we need to provide our own linens. Very helpful. Roses discount store across the street has whatever you need very reasonably. Gave 4 stars on cleanliness, the previous renters left very dirty pots and pans. Housekeeping must have missed that. It happens. All in all, very pleased with the rental.

We had a beautiful week at this property. The views were stunning and you can hear the waves from the balconies. You can see the sunrise from the master bedroom. Very short walk to the beach (which is ideal for us with kids - so much to carry!). The pool was fun for the kiddos as well. The owner was quick to answer and communicate. Highly recommend for families!

The condo was everything we were looking for. Plenty of room, nicely decorated right on the beach. my family had an awesome time. we did have one issue and Sharon the owner did everything in her power to rectify the issue

We had a great stay in OC at the Condo. It was a beautiful view from the 17th floor overlooking the ocean. I would highly recommend this for anyone traveling to OC. Our children and grandchildren stayed with us and had a blast. Thank you again Sharon for providing a wonderful place to stay.

This was just what we were looking for when booking. Very accommodating and spacious. Excellent price as well. The owner of the property was very attentive and helpful when we had questions and communication was great. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. My family and friends were very happy with the accommodations. I enjoyed my birthday so much. This is a great location for shopping and amusement. The views from the rooms are amazing.

We all loved the roominess of the condo as well as the great views of the ocean and the bay. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and more. The owner was wonderful to work with and incredibly responsive. With young children, the short walk to the ocean and the convenience of the pool was a great feature. We will stay here again!

This 3 bedroom oceanfront condo was clean, spacious and in a great location. The owner, Sharon, was excellent in helping set up the rental, getting checked us checked in and making sure that our week was perfect!

The owner was so nice and willing to cooperate with. The listing was a LOT more spacious and roomy as imagined and everything was so smooth and just pleasant. The pool was closed earlier than expected but that could also be because it is not memorial day yet. The location was only okay bc the beach was not as crowded and the food lion was right there, but there were not as many places to eat or activities less than a 10 minute walk, but nothing awful. The entire condo itself was not busy for the most part however around noon it was hard to get onto an elevator on most days so we’d take the stairs from the 17th floor but even that was not the worst because we were so grateful of the view up there. The whole place was so nice to handle overall. I will say the AC was hard in the beginning and on Mondays there are window cleaners / maintenance people coming into the room that we were not warned about, but the staff was very kind and such nice people to talk to so we did not mind them being in the room at all, in fact I wish they could have partied more with us haha. Overall the stay was so pleasant and just really made the vacation a vacation for us. Security was amazing as well. We loved Sharon, and hope to be welcomed back again. The only thing I would reccomend is a full body mirror or just additional mirrors around, brighter lights inside, and lights on the patios ! And the door to be oiled because it was really hard to pull, our mothers probably wouldnt ever want to be on the patio.
