KaMilo 329 è un nuovissimo (costruzione completata nel 2016) 4 camere da letto, 4. 5 bagni casa a un piano resort. Il modello di casa Hoku B è la più grande pianta disponibile nella comunità KaMilo con 3.529 sf di spazio abitativo, tra cui 627 piedi quadrati di spazio lanai all'aperto coperto. Questa casa indipendente a un piano offre una piscina privata (non riscaldata) e una vasca idromassaggio con porte a scomparsa completamente a scomparsa per vivere al meglio l'isola. La planimetria ha un concetto aperto con tre ampie camere da letto e 3. 5 bagni nella casa principale. Unico per questa pianta, offre anche una pensione indipendente (Ohana) con 1 camera da letto e un bagno interno. Il master, la seconda camera da letto e l'Ohana hanno ciascuno un letto king size e la terza camera ha due letti singoli. Per il massimo comfort, tutte le camere dispongono di TV a schermo piatto e bagno privato. La casa è arredata con pezzi di design in un'estetica moderna e tropicale. Pool was excellent. Grocery store nearby. We enjoyed the beaches. Petroglyph trail, Waimea Christmas Parade, climb to the waterfall and pools, black sand beach, beach walk around the Hotels and the pool! Kitchen is a great size for a group of 10. Would stay at this home again. Thank you!

Great stay! Only wish the main sitting area had a TV instead of the little area (Super Bowl Sunday) and a day or two the pool vacuum wasn’t cleaning the bottom, so there were leaves and debris which discourage the kids from jumping in, but when it did work the pool was great!!

Do not book until owner addresses the hornet issue. There is a significant hornets nest in the pool wall that can not be sprayed while pool is in use. We also have pictures of multiple nests under outside furniture and on couch pillows that were not treated. Unfortunately due to this the pool was not accessible during the day nor could you open the back sliding doors. The management company in response to not giving any financial discount stated that it is a property wide issue and was not there problem. They also said they were willing to spray the pool wall and I told them no. This is true as I did not want the chemicals in the pool with my children. There maintenance manager said the same about not wanting his grand babies out there as well and understood our concerns. Our family are also property owners in Ka Milo and with proper pest treatment it can be controlled. For the price that you pay and to not be able to utilize the backyard it was very disappointing. There are many other properties to rent on this beautiful island.
