Réellement très sale. Aucun hygiène dans cet appartement et j ai même pris des photos. Araignées énormes et draps tout sales.

There was a blood stained runner on the bed. Carpets were deeply ingrained with dirty stains. Not just filthy as they had not even been hoovered prior to my arrival. Feature light had only 5 of 13 bulbs working. Safe had no battery power and was therefore unusable. Kitchen utensils were basic-not even a thought to provide courtesy tea and coffee. pretty dismal

Size of apart. Facilities. Proximity to Mall, Tower and Metro.

Several maintenance issues in apt. Kitchen sink leaked into lower cupboard and onto floor. Evidence of mold/ mildew, crawling insect. 2nd washroom was foul smelling...didn't use. TV didn't work ( weak remote batteries)...didn't use (1 hour only out of full week. Curtains on rollers weren't easily opened or closed in B/R or common area. Outlet cover in bedroom not fixed onto wall...danger for kids. Evidence of previous guests using hash oil or cigarettes on balcony. Balcony not clean. Landlord should spend a full day resolving issues.

Only thing great was location

Me and friend arrived at hotel after 2am Sunday morning as flight from UK landed at 00:40 and fortunately I was advised what floor my room will be on and given room number and keysafe code info to obtain room card. To our shock there was no wifi details in my room or in any correspondence to me before I arrived,I went to Reception who advised as I was staying in an apartment they were not able to help me and I had to liaise with host directly so me and my friend were unable to contact my family to say we have arrived safely and had to call direct to the UK.Me and friend were given one room card between us, been Dubai 12 times and this is atrocious to be given one card! We were also given one towel each and had to complain to host back and forth via booking.com app messages, without wifi in our room, but luckily a young concierge sneakily gave us wifi details for Hotel guests to be used in lobby only.So I had to keep going downstairs to send a message and to check for Hosts messages to me.Host sent me wifi details which didn’t work and I then didn’t get onto wifi until Monday late afternoon!!! By this time I had had enough and asked him to come meet us as messages via booking.com app was getting tedious.He took a while to get to us so we waited around for him, he brought an extra towel each for us and hairdryer (as we asked for these basic things) and promised we would get a second room card within few days but we never did.When I met him I was reluctant in giving my cash deposit as didn’t feel to, as didn’t want to chase for it on the last day or wait around for him for it on last day,but he promised he would return it Saturday morning as our flight back to UK was early Sunday morning.He promised he would return it by 11am Saturday and I confirmed it with him few times as didn’t want to wait around for him on my last day as had things to do, but he ruined our morning and afternoon as didn’t turn up until 2.05pm.We waited hours for him and didn’t have breakfast or l
