Questo monolocale-hotel sulla spiaggia dell'Hotel Mare (precedentemente ESJ Azul o ESJ Towers) è situato in posizione centrale sulla migliore spiaggia di San Juan, la spiaggia di Isla Verde, a soli 3 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto internazionale di San Juan. Dispone dei servizi di un hotel combinato con la comodità di un ampio monolocale completamente attrezzato. L'hotel è ora sotto una nuova gestione ed è stato completamente ristrutturato. Fa parte di una catena chiamata St. Collezione Claire, che comprende tre hotel di lusso: Mare, Jade e Noire. Come ospite, avrai il privilegio di affittare questo appartamento di proprietà privata a circa la metà della tariffa che l'hotel addebiterà per unità simili! Si trova al 15 ° piano con una spettacolare vista panoramica sulla spiaggia di Isla Verde, la più bella di Puerto Rico. Accanto a El San Juan Hotel and Casino e altri importanti hotel e ristoranti, a cinque minuti dall'aeroporto. I servizi dell'hotel includono un'enorme piscina, jacuzzi, ristorante, bar, sala videogiochi, sala carte, centro fitness con sauna, docce, palestra completamente attrezzata e armadietti, segreteria telefonica e sport acquatici sul nostro lungomare. Excellent room clean view was life changing

My friend and I have stayed at ESJ for the last couple of years and this was by far our favorite studio rental property! It is a very simple room, minimally decorated with the maximum supply of what we needed for our trip. Our check in process was simple and the communication was excellent! The kitchen was stocked with every cooking utensil you would ever need, down to storage containers for what you cooked. There were extra supplies under the bathroom cabinet, beach chairs, a small cooler, a beach umbrella…. the list goes on and on. We literally had everything we needed! Top it off with a breathtaking view every night on the balcony, being steps away from the beach and just blocks from the grocery store and pharmacy, it couldn’t have been any more perfect. I was also impressed with how the moisture was handled in our room. We have stayed in rentals in the past that had mold and mildew problems because of the humidity of the island. The air conditioner running constantly, ventilation in the bathroom, proper sealing around the door panel and “Damp Rids” dispersed throughout the room made this room very comfortable and free of the mildew smell and mold that we have encountered in the past. This room is great for someone that has allergies or issues with mold. We were so grateful to have such a good experience and would absolutely stay here again!

This location was perfect for my business trip. Was able to do what I went there to do and have some fun as well. Close to everything, the beach, the market, restaurants, and shopping.Was going to rent a car and didn’t need to. Only complaints,was you can really hear the wind blowing inside Once the balcony door was open And balcony door did not lock. Tho we didn’t need the tv I couldn’t manage to get it to work. Besides that maybe some Simple updating.The view makes up for it all! Lionel was great checking in with me and when I had questions and concerns. Will definitely consider again if in the area.
