Everything was fine, maybe a bit more kitchen utensils would have been useful.

The communal areas are really great, especially the pools which are big and rarely busy with lots of sunloungers. The reception is very grand and we liked the ancient god theme and statues. The location of the hotel is actually Ravda, which is below Nesebar, although the 2 are pretty much joined together. We liked the location and much preferred it to Sunny Beach and there were lots of restaurants and a bus stop close by.

The decor of our apartment was at odds to the communal areas and clearly someone's home- with children's stickers over furniture and Marilyn Monroe plates on the wall etc . It predominantly was painted purple and was very much like an air b nb not the hotel that we presumed we were booking. Outside on one of our balconies was a large broken seat and the room was only cleaned once. Breakfast was exactly the same every day and often with staff who were grumpy. One lady however who was there on the weekdays, was very helpful despite her lack of English. The local beach is small and not great sand and extremely busy with it hard to find a space. Much of it was paid only but it was close by to the complex. At the end of our stay, the drains in our apartment really smelt. We have stayed in Bulgaria numerous times and never had this problem before. As we are a family of 5, one of our children slept on a sofa bed which kept separating and waking them in the night. The air conditioning controls were in Chinese with no instructions and often you could smell cigarette smoke- concerning with asthmatic children.

Everything was excellent, the apartment was clean and equipped, clean towels and sheets. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of foods, drinks, sweets. The swimming pools are clean, many swimming toys to choose from for free,the garden is fabulous. The kids had a really great time, best place so far we went to. The location is great, the aqua park by walking distance, the sea too, many shops,fresh fruits and vegetables, bounce castles and playgrounds I recommend this resort for everyone, especially families with children. You won't be disappointed

Great inner garden, nice swimming pools, comfortable apartment with most things we needed for our 5 days. Ok restaurant in the complex and some shops nearby.

Really minor things. Towels weren't changed during 1 cleaning we had. Unexpected spraying plants in the garden.
