Cosy, roadside cute little place. Setting in a woodsy location, a little quaint. Perfect for me. Owner, very nice, close to restaurants and shops. Not a chain type of place.
No ice machine, but ice cube trays in the fridge. Not a big deal.

There was no breakfast. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Clean room. Good value. Microwave and refrigerator were pleasant surprises.
Motel furnishing are dated. Everything was in good condition though. When I read negative reviews I realized they were from people turned away; like the man who could not book a room for his inked-up teenage daughter to throw an underage drinking party.. Management does make an effort to keep out potential problems to make rooms available for families on a budget.

Friendly, helpful office people. We could open the windows to be able to get fresh air. Nothing special but met our needs for an overnight stay.
Pretty small room, there wasn’t enough room to get the bathroom door open all the way with 2 beds in there, but it wasn’t that big of a deal for just the 2 of us!

Pretty much everything. Beds were very comfortable, location was nice close to Manchester. Hannafords up the road. Quiet place too.

We were just passing through and it was available. The owner was nice.
The bed was very hard. There was no coffee maker. There was a musty smell to the room.
