Esther, the owner has a beautiful apartment that is well maintained. Beds were comfortable, hot & powerful shower, iron & board and lots of other utensils and extras that really added to our stay. She has thought of everything - basic supplies in the cupboards and a lovely welcome basket, beach towels & covers for the sun loungers. The pool and surrounding area is well maintained and there is a nice, peaceful atmosphere. Esther was very helpful and she responded to all our queries within a short time. She was extra kind and let us check out late on the day we were leaving as she did not have guests arriving until the following day. This really added to our experience also. Don't hesitate - if you're lucky enough to find that this accommodation is free - book it now! :)

In the listing it says air con however after asking owner how to turn it on she said it’s €40 for the week which I thought it should be included in the price when booking I know most places do twin beds but it’s annoying to keep falling down the middle because the bed slips but that’s more of my issue not the owners fault Improvements: Smaller bathroom cabinet The cabinet above the toilet is a hazard I hit my head on it too many times it’s far too big for the bathroom & shouldn’t be placed over the toilet Smaller wardrobe The wardrobe in the bedroom is also far too big you have to walk sidewards to get to the other side because it’s so close to the bed

Avenue is a privately owned ground floor apartment in a mainly managed rental complex. The apartment was so well equipped, gels, suncream, cutlery, towels, washing machine with powder and excellent air conditioning. Complex has a nice pool and friendly bar. It's just 100m from Spar.

Nothing. I will bring my TV firestick next time as English language channels limited but my wife never sat on the couch or watched the TV, as she was outside all the time.

The property had everything! A real home from home, so well looked-after. Esther was so helpful, she booked us a taxi and recommended some great restaurants. We had the most amazing holiday here. Was perfect for our one year old (ideal location near to the beach).

Had a great stay, superb well equipped apartment in a great complex. Love the pool area, plenty of sunbeds available, pool water temperature perfect. The location is quiet and peaceful and yet just a stonethrow away from the main strip.

Fabulous location - really close to all the restaurants and bars on the strip, but still very quiet. There are also lots of nice beaches and a spar close by. The apartment was really comfortable and clean and Esther was incredibly helpful with any questions we had - she even booked our taxi to the airport on our last day. There was a little welcome pack when we arrived, which was a nice touch - that set us up well with a few basics and some treats!
