great location for access to beaches and Skiathos town. Lovely terraces with furniture, bedrooms a decent size as is the lounge area. impressed with 3 cleans and fresh towels in one week. nice to have a toaster and kettle which is often kit provided

all a little bit tired, bedroom furniture shabby. batteries in all the devices needed changing ( aircon, tv) , no hot water in the kitchen (had to boil a kettle to wash up), no plug in the sink. would be helpful to supply a dishcloth for both washing up and wiping down surfaces. waste bin in the kitchen and bathroom didn’t open with the foot pedal - not hygienic to open by hand. 2 wall sockets in the bedroom were not working, there was no Wi-Fi at all in one of the villas (lower level one), one key per villa not enough for 8 people ( we asked for extra but never received). however the biggest issue was lack of communication regarding payment. we expected to pay by credit card on arrival but no mention of payment was made until day 3, credit card machine wouldn’t work and we were asked for cash payment or a bank transfer and were made to feel that we were being difficult when we couldn’t do that immediately. this could have been communicated to us before arrival and we would have brought cash.

Wonderfull view, lovely host, and the hotel beside where uøyou can bortow their pool was very fine

The beds was hard and horribel

fabulous villa surrounded by Olive trees with fabulous terrace for morning cups of tea and to enjoy a quiet glass of wine in the evening. next door we had the use of a fabulous pool and bar. there were 3 supermarkets within 50 yards and bus stop into town or to the beaches 20 yards away. such a perfect location.

nothing to dislike

we were self catering , the villa was perfect, lovely location , short walk into town, Kostas was extremely helpful and sorted any problems with a smile.

having to leave

wonderful place to stay, maybe a bit loud because of the main road close by but after all, 10/10

The apartment was a separate building in the grounds of a hotel which allowed much privacy and the benefit of the hotel pool and bar when we wanted it. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful.

There was nothing not to like about this property.

We had a lovely stay! The villa has a beautiful garden and terrace. Rooms are comfy, clean and all have AC; the bathroom was very clean; 300m away from the beach. We also had a wonderful host: Kostas
