Charming Chilmark beach house with private Abel's Hill beach access
Graziosa casa in cima a Abel's Hill con accesso alla spiaggia privata di Abels 'Hill a mezzo miglio di distanza. La casa è meravigliosa per le famiglie con 5 camere da letto, tre bagni e mezzo, due docce esterne, cucina ben attrezzata, pozzo del fuoco e molti giochi tra cui boogie board, kayak, ecc. C'è un ponte di cinque piedi con una zona salotto, tavolo da pranzo per 12 e sedie a sdraio con vista su un prato. La nostra proprietà confina anche con il sistema di sentieri Sherrif's Meadow. per favore

My family enjoyed our visit to Chilmark. The home was comfortable and set up nicely for family gatherings. Kitchen set up great for entertaining. The yard was beautiful and great place for kids to run around.

As another reviewer said, the pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s very spacious on the inside and has a generous sized deck and sprawling backyard. We were a group of college friends (go Catamounts!) visiting the island for a friend’s wedding and mini 10 year reunion. We really enjoyed our stay here. Several beaches are a short drive away and it does involve a bit of finagling to get to the private association beach.

Spacious property with beautiful views and amazing private beach (accessible via walk through pond). Kitchen fully stocked. It honestly could not have gotten any better.

The overall experience at this property was great. It was clean, comfortable and had outstanding views of the local forest. The only issue was finding it at night using a GPS which had us turn at the wrong pathway and basically took us to a dead end. However once we spoke to the caretaker he got us there and all was good. I would highly recommend the property and hope to return to it one day.
