Villa Alamandra è una casa unifamiliare a Turtle Beach con vista a 180 gradi sui Caraibi e l'isola sorella Nevis con i suoi splendidi 3000 piedi Mt. Nevis 2 miglia attraverso il mare. Una passeggiata di 2 minuti vi porterà alla bellissima e appartata Turtle Beach.
Il nostro soggiorno, sala da pranzo, cucina e master suite sono al piano principale con splendidi soffitti a volta in legno naturale. La veranda e la piscina si trovano sullo stesso piano. Cucina completamente elettrica su misura equipaggiata per buongustai con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e ripiani in granito. Goditi la vista mentre cucini sull'isola della cucina semicircolare. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare 6-8.
Tutti i bagni sono dotati di vanità personalizzate e ripiani in granito. Tutti i 3.300 piedi quadrati di pavimento sono rivestiti con piastrelle di travertino importate 18X18. Grande camera da letto matrimoniale (King) e bagno più 2 ampie camere da letto per gli ospiti (Queen) tutte con portefinestre a veranda e terrazza, aria condizionata e ventilatori. Lavanderia con aria condizionata. Il soggiorno si apre sulla veranda coperta da una parete di vetro scorrevole.
Siamo situati nell'esclusiva Turtle Beach Estates sulla penisola SE. Siamo anche a pochi passi da Cockleshell Beach, dove troverete, in un ambiente più informale, il Reggae Beach Bar and Grill, il centro per gli sport acquatici e il ristorante Spice Mill.
Anche l'ospite più esigente troverebbe la nostra casa squisita e una vacanza da ricordare. I viaggi di nozze amerebbero il nostro ambiente e la nostra posizione romantici.

This home has an amazing view that we were sad to leave. The hosts were extremely easy to communicate with & provided many recommendations. The house was clean & provided everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

This house was awesome. From the open floor plans on the main floor that expand directly out onto the veranda and infiniti pool with an absolutely remarkable postcard view of Turtle Bay and the volcano island Nevis. 3 nice rooms all with AC to make sure you sleep cozy too. The full kitchen was a blessing too, to help with easy meals in between island adventures and beach time. The main beach over by Reggae Beach Bar is fantastic. Beautiful blue and calm waters, with tons of additional water sports to add-on if you choose. The food there was very solid (highly recommend their blackened fish sandwich) and dont miss Lobster night on Friday evenings. The only issue on this trip were the amount of sargum algea blooms that completely desimated Turtle Bay Beaches themselves, which made them almost completely unuseable, but thats not the owners fault, and as we know Mother Nature bats .1000, but with Reggea Beach over in Cockshell Bay is just a quick & easy 12 min walk from the villa. All in all though, this villa was outstanding and my wife and I would gladly come back and stay here again!

We spent almost the entire month of March at the beautiful Villa Alamandra. The home was as described and the view was absolutely beautiful. We've stayed in many rental homes and the view from this home surpassed everywhere we've ever stayed. It was so fun watching the monkeys while sitting on the veranda. They are very shy and didn't bother us at all. The home was clean and the communication with the owners excellent. The only thing I would like to mention is the walkability of the location. It really is only a short walk to Turtle Beach but the neighborhood very hilly and the roads are very narrow. Definitely a car is needed.

The location and views of the property are simply amazing. The picture on the listing barely gives it service to just what an amazing view it is. That being said, that's about all the property really has going for it. I'm sure that 10-15 years ago the house was in its prime. However, you can see as soon as you arrive that it has not been all that well maintained. From a half broken "For Sale" sign on the front gate (and the property is for sale) to the once nice pool features that no longer function you can see that the house hasn't been properly kept up with for some time. There is virtually no water pressure in the shower, the water and ice dispenser on the fridge don't work, the bedroom air conditioner is quite loud, and the are several spots of monkey dung on the back patio (despite both the housekeeper and pool guy coming during our stay and not cleaning it up). Again, if you're just looking for a place to stay with an incredible view then this is you place. If you're planning to stay in the villa for a few days and relax, there are better and more updated options in the area.
