A pochi passi dal Resort, dalla spiaggia, da Tubbs Hill e da tutti i meravigliosi negozi e ristoranti. Goditi il tuo caffè mattutino o l'ora del cocktail sul tuo ponte privato dotato di morbidi posti a sedere e grill a gas. Nessun dettaglio è stato perso con finiture di fascia alta in tutto, tra cui piani cucina in pietra ollare, bagno in marmo di Carrera, elettrodomestici inox (gas) e lavatrice / asciugatrice a caricamento frontale. Such a nice home in the lovely Garden District in CDA. Close walk down to Sherman Ave shops & restaurants. Owners were very nice and let us store our bikes in their garage. Great access to bike trails from their home. The home is nicely decorated, the bed is very comfy and everything worked great. We will be back!

Enjoyed our stay at this adorable carriage house. The hosts are very nice and very accommodating the location was so close to downtown and tubbs hill. Enjoyed riding the beach bikes all around.

Jennifer is the ultimate hostess and the studio apartment is fully appointed and has everything youll need fit a great stay. Everything downtown is walking or biking distance. This is as nice a VRBO rental for a couple as you'll find without spending a fortune to be on the water. Will be back!! Craig and Debbie

This is a wonderful place to stay and the hosts John and Jennifer were great. They meet us when we arrived and had fresh baked cookies. The property is very clean, comfortable and quiet. It is with walking distance of the downtown area and easy drive to other attractions. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and chatting with a few neighbors. We would stay here again.

Have stayed in many B&B's and rental properties throughout the world - this carriage house rates at the top of the list. Everything you can imagine is at your disposal and in pristine condition. Felt warmth and comfort upon arrival and during our stay. Perfect for a couple looking for the best.

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying at Jennifer and Johns carriage house. We arrived to many little treats and surprises that made us both feel very welcomed. Jennifer was in constant contact when we needed her and most helpful. The location was great, with easy walking distance to Tubb hill and downtown. The cruiser bikes that they had for us to borrow were wonderful as we were able to go on some great rides from our location. A great way to be introduced to Coeur d’ Alene…thanks!

We really enjoyed this carriage house! The pics do not do it justice! We enjoyed the cookies, candies, extras like Starbucks coffee and the patio! The home was spotless and so well done! It could be on HHG TV! The owners were very accommodating even allowing us to use their beach chairs when going to the beach! While we are not bikers they even allow guests to use their bikes around town. Thank you for the enjoyable stay and we will be back!

One of the best Vrbo houses I have ever stayed at. Jennifer has thought of every detail in her house. She made our stay absolutely incredible with flowers, wine, homemade cookies, the best apples I’ve ever tasted and use of her bikes. The house is comfortable and convenient to everything in CDA. Highly recommend.

Carriage House is beautiful. Lots of space and comfort. Pictures on website do not do it justice. Owners introduce themselves and are so nice. We live approx 2500 miles away but will be back!

Beautiful carriage house!
Wow! This place was beautiful. The owners spared no expense building this little getaway. Clean, comfortable, quiet, stocked with everything you need; even a washer and dryer! We wanted to move in!! The owners, who were personable and welcoming, even loaned us bikes to ride around town with. It was worth every penny. I would definitely stay again.

Perfectly located carriage house
Our stay in Coeur d’Alene was very pleasant. The beautifully appointed carriage house was in a quiet, upscale neighborhood blocks from downtown. Our hosts flexed with our air delay and had thoughtfully provided homemade cookies and quality wine on arrival, and even a small welcome gift to take home.

Great for hiking, walking, bike riding and easy access to the freeway if you are headed out for more adventures! We can hardly wait to go back to Coeur d Alene and will definitley stay in the Carriage House again!

Coeur d' Alene Bliss
Such an amazing spot. Super clean. Nice and quite. Easy parking with private entrance. Best part is its an easy walk or quick bike ride away from Coeur d' Alene's best downtown offerings. So glad I chose this instead of a hotel. Many thanks to John and Jennifer for their hospitality and making such a lovely place available to visitors.
