La posizione perfetta! 3 case dall'oceano. Questo condominio d'ingresso privato è completamente attrezzato e completamente ri-immagazzinato con cucina aggiornata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, lavatrice e asciugatrice, TV a schermo piatto nel soggiorno che conduce al salotto esterno. Secondo piano offre una grande suite padronale con bagno privato. A pochi passi dal ristorante Charlie's, dalla panetteria di Muller, dal Bay Head Yacht club e da tutti gli esclusivi negozi di Bay Head nel cuore di Bay Head. Semplicemente la posizione perfetta.

Great location and charming living space. Perfect for two people, 2.5 blocks to the beach. Looking forward to coming again.

The apartment had a great location close to the beach ,
shops and restaurants. It was very spacious with lots of closets. It included a washer/dryer and an outdoor sitting area. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had central AC which was delightful during the hot weather.
The property managers had their office in the building. They were very friendly and helpful.
It's a really great place.

Not as we expected. Listing stated parking but parking was only available around the block on the street. Very surprised to find not even a single roll of toilet paper to get you started. You must supply all your own linens I am not sure if this was in the listing or not. No screens on most of the windows upstairs and upstairs thermostat didn’t seem to work. Downstairs was cool but air didn’t make it upstairs. Place appeared not quite ready for renters yet. We may have been the first for the season. Dresser had a broken drawer and lamp had a burnt out bulb. Not sure anyone looked things over before we arrived. We love Bay Head and this place is in a great location in town but it needs a bit of love and attention.
