Great space for everyone to enjoy. The pool/jacuzzi and pool table were big hits for the whole family to enjoy. Kelli was gracious and available for all of our questions/needs. Can't wait to come back!

We stayed this past weekend and this home os one of my favorite VRBO's. The beds are very comfortable, there is plenty of table seating and the backyard / pool area is perfect for some R & R. Kelli was awesome and made us feel very welcome.

We love this property, we have rented it for 3 consecutive years, super nice, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
It is the perfect house for my family. Everything in the house is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen well equipped. Easy access to Lake Havasu. Enough area for parking cars and boats. The pool was wonderful!

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. Kelli was very responsive and very friendly. The location was perfect, a beautiful neighborhood that was close to the village, restaurants, shopping, lake access, and boat launch ramps. The home was clean and had plenty of room. Unlike many Havasu rentals, the property included garage access which was a nice surprise. The house was equipped with all necessary items, cookware, platters, Tupperware, pool toys, and even an air compressor to inflate our towables! We will definitely book again!

My family and I had a great time staying at this place. House was very spacious had everything we needed for are 5 day stay. The neighborhood was very nice. Kelli was quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again on my next trip to Havasu.

We stayed here for a family event and it was close to everything. Loved walking the neighborhood amongst the lovely homes. We experienced a smell upon entering (maybe it wasn't aired out,) but it was gone the next day. We loved the jacuzzi and pool and the pool table!! We would stay here again.

We stayed here for a family event and it was close to everything. Loved walking the neighborhood amongst the lovely homes. We experienced a smell upon entering (maybe it wasn't aired out,) but it was gone the next day. We loved the jacuzzi and pool and the pool table!! We would stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised by how much space this house had, and a fully equipped kitchen which was nice for a change. Check in was super easy and everything was in great condition.

Great experience, great host in Kelli! Well equipped and maintained house, you can tell pride in ownership. Little things like water softener, pool toy inflators, spare toys, and RO water make this a truly relaxing experience.
Pool was heated and warm, spa was amazing. No gripes other than a caution note about the depth of the pool, which may work for older/experienced swimmers. If you had young kids or inexperienced swimmers in your stay, note that only about half the pool is shallow enough to use....the deeper half goes deep quickly!

This place was so beautiful the pictures don't do it justice. There was everything we needed in the kitchen and we had such a great time. We would definitely stay here again! Kelli is so nice and took care of any issues right away. I am hoping to get to stay here again in the near future!

Very enjoyable place with nice romantic pool. Very easy to get to the river and launch pad. Plenty of parking and cover parking as well. Very nice home made me feel like a real get away!!

This is a very comfortable home in a great location. Close to the London Bridge, the channel and many restaurants. The pool and pool table were great ways to keep everyone occupied and having fun. We will definitely rent again.

We loved this property!!! We were greeted by Kelli the property manager when we arrived, and air was set! She went over some keys things about the property and showed us around! They have a welcome binder and lots of references for everything in the area. The house was perfect. It literally had everything we needed and more. Kitchen fully stocked, bedrooms clean and spacious. Plenty of towels and beach towels which I was stressing about since I forgot ours! There was lots of hand soap, bathing soap, and products to do laundry! Literally felt at home. The backyard is amazing. Lots of seating and the grill is propane ready! My kids loved the pool, and I loved that there was no one right behind us, because they swam and laughed all day and night. Bonus, is everything is like 8-10 mins from the house. We went paddle boarding and jet skiing and it was a 8 minute drive. Grocery stores, fast food and coffee were super close. It was the perfect house for our family! Made our first trip to Havasu Perfect! And check out was easy. Just leave it how you found it!

Been to Lake Havasu many of times but this was our first time renting and staying in a rental property. It is safe to say that we will definitely be returning to this property! Location was fantastic and accessible, house was kept superbly clean and stocked full of anything you would need for a vacation. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you would need to cook meals with. The pool and spa were fantastic with a very comfortable atmosphere to hang out in. All bathrooms were kept very clean as were all of the bedrooms. All 8 of our guests were very comfortable staying in this home and we will definitely be coming back to any of Kelli's properties when we are back in Havasu.

The location of this property is awesome! 7 min drive to boat rental at london bridge. Close to stores and the gym! The property was spacious for us 7 girls and the pool was perfect! We will be renting this property for our annual trip moving forward :)

What a great week stay at this home. Got there everything was clean. Got a little tour of the house before hand. Owner response in minute if you need or have any questions. Will be staying here again for the future. Amazing place to stay!

The property was wonderful. Kelli was an amazing manager that met all our families needs. The place was well stocked with pans, plates, grill, spices, ice, as well as many other vacation needs. I will definitely be staying there again! Thank you Kelli for your attentiveness and wonderful advice on what to do.

I want to start by saying Kelli is great. She goes above and beyond for quests. We absolutely love this house. It’s the perfect size and at the best location. The pool and hot tub are amazing. The house was clean and ready to go when we arrived. The only downfall was the a/c. The owners of the home control the temperature of the house. The first couple of nights were too hot to sleep. After contacting Kelli, she did what she could to get the temperature lowered for us. They did lower it but only by a couple of degrees. 76 degrees in the house when it was 110 outside was not very pleasant. So we spent much of our time in the pool. Other than the a/c, we had a great time. We truly appreciate Kelli. She is easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We give Kelli 5 stars.
