Englewood Beach si trova sulla bellissima Manasota Key, un'isola barriera situata a circa 40 minuti a sud di Sarasota e 90 minuti a nord di Napoli. Manasota Key offre un ambiente confortevole e rilassante, a differenza del trambusto della costa orientale della Florida.
Il nostro condominio Live Oak Landings è a pochi passi dall'altra parte della strada da una delle spiagge più incontaminate della Florida, e si trova a Lemon Bay. Ristoranti, bar sulla spiaggia con spettacoli dal vivo e minimarket sono anche a pochi passi dal condominio. La pesca sportiva, il noleggio di barche e kayak, il jet ski e il noleggio di biciclette sono tutti disponibili, a meno di un miglio di distanza. Teatri, negozi e ristoranti sono raggiungibili in 20 minuti di auto da Venezia o da Port Charlotte. C'è anche un Walmart, negozi di alimentari, ristoranti e altri negozi locali a pochi minuti dall'unità.
Pescate dal nostro molo a Lemon Bay o portate la vostra piccola barca che può essere attraccata in uno dei nostri scivoli per un massimo di due settimane alla volta. Si prega di comunicare in anticipo se si desidera prenotare una ricevuta. Le nostre acque ospitano animali esotici e alcuni dei migliori pescatori della Florida. Se preferisci, fai un tuffo nella nostra splendida piscina, vai a caccia di denti di squalo sulle nostre bellissime spiagge, vai in bici intorno a Key o semplicemente rannicchiati con quel romanzo preferito, ma assicurati di prendere un rilassante tramonto in Florida ogni sera sulla spiaggia.
Il condominio è completamente arredato con tutti i comfort di casa ed è mantenuto in ottime condizioni. C'è anche un piccolo dumbwaiter per assistenza con i bagagli e la spesa. Un ampio posto auto coperto e un garage offrono molto spazio per le tue attrezzature. Ci sono biciclette, attrezzi da pesca, sedie a sdraio, ombrelloni, giocattoli per bambini, refrigeratori, un carrello da spiaggia per portare i tuoi oggetti in spiaggia e altri oggetti utili nel garage.

Because of a death in the family, we were only able to stay 3 weeks of our 4 week reservation. This was a very well -stocked condo with a great location. Our big disappointment was the lack of the pool heater because a part had not been shipped. Consequently, it was impossible to swim. I’m not sure when a new dock will be built because many residents are still focusing on returning to their condos because of the recent hurricane. Shark tooth hunting was great, but fishing, not so much. With the hurricane and recent red tide, maybe our timing was not so great. The owner was easy to work with.

Manasota Key is the place to stay! Beaches, bars & restaurants, biking & walking. Condo is nice, right size & features. All Good! Owner responds quickly, like when I locked myself out of garage LOL

My family of four, including 2 small children, had a fantastic stay!! We found the condo in clean condition and it far exceeded our expectations. This location is perfect! Steps away from a salt water pool, 2 minute walk from beautiful Gulf waters, and less than 5 minutes to walk to local restaurants and convenience store. We were very satisfied with the property and all the amenities. The dumb waiter was extremely helpful and my 2 year old was amazed by it. The master closet is so large, we used it as the toddler’s room. :) Additionally, the small sun room made the perfect office for my husband to work remotely. The owner, Jay, responded almost immediately to all of my messages and was eager to help answer questions we had. We took advantage of the boogie board, fishing pole, and bikes left in the garage. It was a blessing to not have to pack those large items in our van! My husband took up “shark teeth hunting” as a new hobby during our stay and we now have over 300! The other beaches in the area are also incredible and we especially enjoyed the diversity of shells and sand. We quickly realized why this area is often referred to as a Hidden Gem. This has truly been a most memorable month for our family and we will forever hold Manasota Key and Live Oak in our hearts. We hope to make this an annual tradition.

Live Oaks #22 has a peek-a-boo view of Lemon Bay and is across the street from Englewood beach. Short walk to fish, beach, restaurants and bars. The 2/2 condo is fully equipped to do any these activities or stay in and cook or picnic at the pool.

Jay made us feel right at home. He made sure we had everything we needed and gave us good tips on places to eat and fish. I will be back for sure. I highly recommend this as a place to stay and I want to thank Jay for a great time. Rob Snyder

Great location! Beach is across the street! Restaurants and live music within walking distance. Condo was well appointed and the dumb waiter was a bonus! Stairs could be a problem for some people.

This was our first visit to Live Oaks Landing and Manasota Key. We were pleasently surprised with the entire experiance. Unit 22 was clean, nicely furnished, comfortable, very spacious (biggest condo we ever rented) plenty of extra's too many to mention. Covered parking was wonderful, pool area was clean and relaxing, both shade and sun GREAT view of Lemon Bay. The outside liani had a beatufiul view of Lemon Bay area.
The owner was very attentive, we e-mail from time to time and he always responded same day.
Best fo all you dont need a car, you can walk to the beach and resturants. Great place to walk for exercise, most beautiful scenery we ever had on a vacation, less than 2 miles from shopping. Perfect location for a vacation. We will return.

We have stayed in Unit 22 the past two years and have already booked it for March next year. The unit is very clean and roomy. It is within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Great location.
The owners live nearby and are very willing and prompt to correct any problem that you might experience with the unit. We have had friends and family come and spend a day or two with us and they all liked the unit very much. Would recommend very highly.

Stayed the month of Feb. 2012 and am planning on Feb/Mar 2013. Condo has been maintained in good condition and pool area (which is convenient to the condo) is peaceful and in great condition. The location is key in my return, quiet, yet close to all the amenities you need. Being from the western NY area I am looking forward to next winter in Manasota Key.

The view of Lemon Bay is beautiful.
