Il meglio del meglio a pochi passi da Vanderbilt Beach e dotato di piscina al 4 ° piano e spa con vista sul Golfo del Messico.
Immediatamente aprendo la porta, apprezzerai davvero un condominio che è stato rinnovato dal pavimento al soffitto. Questo condominio con una camera da letto e un bagno offre 600 piedi quadrati di vita di lusso e può essere affittato entro la settimana o il mese. Email o chiama ora!
Mentre entri nel condominio c'è una cucina su larga scala migliorata che presenta ripiani in granito, armadi in rovere ciliegio, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e un'isola con sgabelli da bar che è perfetto per intrattenere. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per cenare e ha un'illuminazione personalizzata; nessun dettaglio è stato perso.
La cucina si apre sul soggiorno che dispone di un comodo divano (che è anche un letto estraibile) e due sedie imbottite, una TV a schermo piatto e una porta scorrevole in vetro dal pavimento al soffitto che conduce al lanai schermato.
Il lanai schermato è perfetto per rilassarsi, con un tavolo da pranzo per due e una poltrona.
La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, TV a schermo piatto e un armadio personalizzato per organizzare i costumi da bagno. Il bagno è stato rinnovato con un lavandino su piedistallo, piastrelle personalizzate nella vasca / doccia. C'è anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità!
Questa unità viene fornita con lenzuola di lusso, asciugamani, sedie a sdraio, teli mare, WiFi gratuito e via cavo.
Vanderbilt Palms si trova dall'altra parte della strada rispetto al Ritz Carlton Beach Resort, e l'accesso alla Vanderbilt Beach è visibile dalla porta principale.

Great location! Sunsets on Vanderbilt Beach are spectacular. Dan was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Condo was as advertised -it had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

This condo is very nice. Very close to the Vanderbilt beach, walking distance. There is everything you need in it what you need for your stay. Host was very responsive and available every time you have questions. Thank you Dan. Only negative thing is the swimming pool. It is very hot but this is cause it is located on the rooftop. No other complaints. Will be back for sure next year and i would recommend this place for sure.

We have stayed in this unit a number of times and it never disappoints. Dan is a great owner who makes the reservation, check and check out processes easy and simple. The location can't be beat - walkable to the beach, close to Mercato and other dining and shopping opportunities. Each time we check out of the unit, we look forward to our next visit.

2nd time to stay. Condo is good, clean and everything you need. New washer & dryer was great. Dan is very responsive and we had no problems. We anticipated the construction as we stayed here last year.

This condo is an end unit on the top floor. Because it’s on the end there are extra windows that the other units don’t have. Plenty big for two people with a new washer and dryer in the condo. Lots of construction going on across the street makes it noisy during the day. No work was being done on the weekend. Easy walk to the beach. Owner was very nice and lives nearby, which is a big plus.

Super location. No storm damage to property. Unfortunately lots of construction surrounding the property due to rebuilding from hurricane Ian while we were there. I know that will improve every day forward.

We left early. Construction noise, dust and debris on dirt parking entrance . Got a flat tire. Also, people were fighting about trying to use property’s parking lot for public beach. Owner very responsive and nice.

This is the second time staying in the complex last year we stayed in a different condo both were so beautiful and perfect for the two of us! The pool area is awesome! The location is great! The sad thing this year was the destruction from hurricane Ian and the beach being closed! I would highly recommend staying! Looking forward to seeing how things are next year!

This condo is wonderful. I loved that it had beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers to take to the beach. If you want to cook the kitchen has just about everything you would need. The owner immediately got back to me whenever I had a question. The place was very clean. The balcony has a great view of the lagoon. And the location can't get any better, especially for the price! We definitely would stay here again.

My husband and I spent a month here, condo was very clean, nicely furnished & appointed; especially appreciated the nice dishes, pot & pans and bath towels. The location is fantastic, less than 2 blocks to Vanderbilt Beach, which is beautiful. Easy to pop down to beach for a walk, or to read for a bit or to see the sunset as well a spending the day. The lanai had a nice view of the canals. Also great was parking out of the sun. We’ll be here next year! Dan was very responsive to any questions or requests.

My husband and I spent a month here, condo was very clean, nicely furnished & appointed; especially appreciated the nice dishes, pot & pans and bath towels. Had a great stay here over the holidays. Was in a good location - close to groceries, and walkable to restaurants. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The pool and rooftop deck were great and very quiet when the beach was crazy busy. It was great to have assigned parking at the building with all the people heading to the beach. Would stay here again, and hopefully changes with the pending new construction won’t change things too much in this neighborhood.

Close to publix and whole food store/ by car/ and found many good restaurants in the evening .

This condo was pleasantly furnished and had modern updates. Very comfortable for 1 or 2 people. Centrally located near beach, shops and restaurants. Host was immediately responsive to all requests.

First Trip to Naples
Wonderful location, close to the beach, stores, attractions and restaurants. Unit was small but nice, included bikes, beach chairs and towels, everything we needed. Swimming pool was nice, just wish there had been an exercise room nearby. We hope to get back to Naples soon.
