We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect for our family being so close the boardwalk and beach. We were also very close to the trolley bike rental, which was a hit with everyone:) We we’re within a short walking distance of some neat restaurants and bars as well! The unit was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to cook:) The beach chairs and umbrella that were provided were very much appreciated. A beach wagon with the big wheels would be a great addition for future families since the Wildwood beach is very long. Hammad and Maria were very responsive and even had a gift waiting for us upon arrival! The local neighbors were amazing and helpful with recommendations. We would love to stay here again.

Great property, great location very clean. However the neighbors harassed us on multiple instances about various things (we parked too close to the middle line in the driveway, they wanted us to move a heavy table out of the garage, etc). Also every time we came home the shared garage smelled terribly of their marijuana usage. Doesnt work well for people with asthma. Without the neighbors would give a better rating however no one wants to be harassed every time they come home.

Up keep of property could be better. Beds in the rooms were not comfortable at all. Pillows were horrible. Dirty linen was left behind. Out take filter in HVAC system was really horrible. Dust was coming out of vent. When it was opened, filter was black.
Blinds in front living room were missing as well as light bulbs for light in kitchen.
Had to bring own linen and towels. Overall I would grade stay as fair.

Great weekend stay in this wildwood condo! Extremely close to the beach and near Mooreys Pier! We stayed for a few days for a wedding in Stone Harbor and it was a short drive to the Reeds. Very clean and had everything we needed!

The property is in a great location, a block from the boardwalk. Great restaurants within walking distance; recommend the Dogtooth Tavern, Jersey Girl restaurant and Mud Hen brewery. Marvis is good for breakfast.

Only slight negative was the couple who came in to clean to apt after us...I take pride in leaving a place in good shape. I.e. no dirty dishes or trash to take out...as we were leaving the couple who came in to clean were very sour in their attitude...we happened to leave 2 candy wrappers on the table, and adjusted the small couch about 4 feet in order to better view the tv. We forgot to put the couch back the 3 feet or so that we moved it. They acted as though they were cleaning up a frat house...as I said, a very minor negative...hope to come back next yeat, and gladly recommend this stay.

We were extemely happy with cleanliness of the property. It is super close to the beach and boardwalk. Parking is adequate. We will certainly take a look at this properrty in the future.

Overall we had a great trip! We are a family of 5 and having the beach and boardwalk so close was awesome. Checkin process was a breeze owners answered all question right away. House cleanliness was good….

We didn't have a single issue. The property was clean, communication was perfect, neighborhood was clean, quiet, and the shared garage access was awesome!

Excellent location in the middle of it all
Excellent location, couldn’t be closer to the middle of the boardwalk and things to do. Clean and modern rental. Well stocked. Easy to get a hold of owners and very helpful responsive when needed. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our time and would stay there again.

Bed cover was soiled 😳 did laundry before we made beds with our personal linens. No detergent for washer to wash their dirty mattress covers and blankets.. it wasn’t a huge issue but price didn’t warrant doing own laundry. It just wasn’t spic and span clean

The property was absolutely perfect for a vacation getaway filled with good times and memories. My family and I were so comfortable during our stay. The property was clean, bright and had every amenity we needed to enjoy ourselves to the utmost extent. The ample parking made entertaining guests easy. The location was great for us, especially when carrying all the necessary gear for our little one. It made trips to the beach and boardwalk as easy as can be. The host had great communication and was quickly helpful with any question we had. He was also very gracious and helped me secure my wife's earing when she left them at the property. Absolutely 10 out of 10, 5 stars, 2 thumbs up experience. I would recommend this property to all and will definitely stay again if my family goes to Wildwood in the future.

Excellent experience- clean,kid friendly, perfect location!
The property was perfect for our family of 5. Spacious rooms and cozy. I loved the beach decor. The condo was clean and well maintained. packed with everything that you need. The place provided kids games. It was an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. We also walked to splash zone and bike rentals. We had an excellent experience and will be back!!!

Couldn't recommend enough! Hammad and Maria's place is located right across the street from the boardwalk entrance and was easy access to all the major locations. The rooms were exactly as they were advertised on the listing.

Owner gave us specific instruction. We had no problem while there. The boardwalk is a block away. My family and I enjoyed our stayed. it’s a 3rd floor and it was nerve-racking with a one year old, trying to get to the stairs.

Our week at the beach was nice. The owners were very on top of communicating, and were clear with instructions on how to find things, when trash night was etc. The location was perfect. We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine which was a nice touch! Only half a block from the boardwalk and we were directly in front of the fireworks. Everything we needed to see or experience was within walking distance. The size of the house accommodated our family of 5 nicely.
