Apartamento amplo, iluminado, muito confortável e bem decorado, em local silencioso. A 20-25min caminhando par ao centro histórico. Há restaurantes e supermercado bem próximos. Há vagas na rua, mas preferimos deixar o carro na garagem. A anfitriã foi muito prestativa e disponível.
Gostamos de tudo. Sugerimos deixar informações escritas sobre como usar a garagem (que é do tipo elevador) e uma varal para secar roupas.

Spotlessly clean. Great shower. Comfortable seating area. Good range of television viewing. Would highly recommend. 15 minute walk to attractions and sites to view. If you don’t mind the walk it’s ideal. Quick response to any questions and helpful tips for trams restaurants etc.
Nothing. Just a bit out from the cenybut only 15 minute walk or 2 stops on a tram.

Ein paar Dinge könnten erneuert werden und vervollständigt werden,
Das haben wir direkt mit der sehr bemühten Vermieterin besprochen.
Den überall vorhandenen künstlichen Blumenduft mögen wir nicht. Es wäre sehr gut darauf zu verzichten. :-)

Well organized and friendly personnel, the apartment is clean, practical and located in calm neighbourhood with nice balcony. Great stay!

Modern clean interior, comfortable balcony for breakfast with green view. There was tea and coffee, toaster and full kitchen equipment, nice bathroom and bed. I like Café near Neptunfountain.

We liked absolutely everything, no complaints about the accommodation. The bed was extra comfy and the couch was amazing. Very close to tram and bus stop, so into the centre and beyond in no time at all.
The area around needed some TLC as a bit of rubbish left about on some street corners.

The apartment had everything we needed and was in a great location. The tram to the altmarkt was just outside the apartment and thhere was a supermarket across the road. Checking in was very easy and the host was very responsive.

After the booking, the hostess kindly contacted me and I quickly received an answer to all my questions. On arrival I got a message where to find the key. To my questions in a message I always got a quick answer.

the experience of staying in a typical East German apartment block. it was within walking distance of the centre of Dresden. Svetlana was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect accomodations for people that value a bit more space over being in the dead center of the city. Public transportation is always available from Bahnhof Mitte (which can be reached in a 5 Minute walk). Supermarket and little neighborhood restaurants in immediate surroundings. The owner responds quickly and is very helpful. Definitely recommend.

The host/manager was wonderful and helpful, even with my late arrival and very early departure. Very nice, roomy place, with a small courtyard porch. On the European second/USA third floor, but there is an elevator.
The location is a bit away from public transportation (1km to the Mitte Station) and old Dresden (2km); this was fine for me, but I am good with walking.

Its interior design was very nice and modern. We felt very comfortable there and it was quiet. We could really enjoy our stay and relax. The host was wonderful and answered promptly to our kind requests. We definitely recommend it and would gladly book it again if we were to travel in the area.
