Dal nostro Back Deck il suono di Rushing Water eliminerà il tuo stress mentre ti godi l'Hill Country al suo meglio. La Master Suite ha un bagno privato, una TV satellitare separata e un letto king-size. la camera per gli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale e un grande armadio. La terza camera ha due letti singoli e una TV per DVD. Ci sono altri due letti singoli sulla veranda per un totale di 8 persone.

Beautiful well kept home on the river. Extremely clean and nicely decorated. Amazing views. We enjoyed staying here and definitely recommend Rio Bajo as your next getaway destination.

The host was THE best ever. Our family plans changed unexpectedly and they were able to accommodate, which meant a lot to us. Then there was the delightful welcome basket, incredibly clean house, and quick and helpful response to any of our questions. We stayed during an historic drought, so the river level was not high. However, it was still a beautiful view and we hiked along the river. We got our water fix by river tubing in Kerrville instead. There were some ants at night in the kitchen, but they let us have late checkout and I saw they had someone coming in to take care of the ants as we were on our way out. Oh and the location was perfect for us. Out of the way enough for us to feel the space was ours and ours alone, but close enough to a grocery store and gas station that any urgent needs (for ice cream) were quickly met.

Our stay at Rio Bajo exceeded expectations. We will be booking this home again for our next trip to the TX hill country.

Lovely home with all of the necessity. Easy to find location and convenient to town. Enjoyed the hot tub at night and the beautiful view of the Guadalupe from the deck during the day. Fished and tubed each day. Wonderful experience and we will definitely be going back.

We had an amazing stay at this very clean, beautiful home. From cooking in the well stocked kitchen to sitting on the balcony and listening to the river water and wildlife, to walking along the river, and soaking in the hot tub in the evenings. we had a very relaxing time!!

The house is perfect for a family get together. We stayed here with three generations and everyone had a good time whether playing games, enjoying the views of the river, or warming up in the hot tub. The location worked great for us!

The hosts were amazing and so helpful! The house was beyond perfect! The location on the water was the best! The walk down is steep (and might need to be trimmed a little) but worth it and do able! (Even holding my baby) The view is amazing! The Sun room is great if you have a rainy day or need to get out of the Sun but still enjoy your time on the river! We had issues with the water heater and the host was so responsive and helpful. They made the experience even better! I was also very impressed with how clean the house was. I’ve stayed in a lot of rentals and the bigger they are the less clean the floors and whatnot are. Not here. It was spotless! Thank you for letting us stay! We hope to come back soon! (So sad we forgot to sign the guest book!)
There’s so much I’m forgetting to add but the high chair, books, towels, shoes, toys, essentials in the kitchen were all amazing and something you never get with rentals!

The place was great! Very clean and an overall amazing trip. Beds were nice and comfy, stocked kitchen, and a great view. Only sad part was how low the river was but of course you can’t control Mother Nature. Hope to book again next year !

House was perfect! Wad able to see the water. The town is small but everyone was so friendly. Dollar General around the corner if you needed anything. Close to winery's and Fredericksburg. Owners are friendly and responsive. Want to stay here in the summer so we will be able to get in the water.

Our son had a football game in Comfort so we (plus 2 other families) decided to rent a place and make a weekend of it. The main thing I was looking for was a house close to where we were playing and that was large enough to accommodate all of us. I found this one and saw it was on the Guadalupe River. We weren’t sure the weather would be nice enough but being close to the river was a plus!
But y’all, this house is AWESOME! It’s roomy enough for 6 adults and 4 kids. Tim and Lori have stocked it with everything you need and more! The enclosed BACK PORCH is actually another room. There is a BEAUTIFUL view of the river❤️ Great access to the river, plus plenty of floats (pump to inflate them included), and beach towels. We also thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the hot tub overlooking the river. So relaxing hearing the movement of the water!
I’ve read some of the reviews. While this home is close to the highway, none of us had any concerns with 4 children (aged 10 and under) outside playing ❤️
We will definitely go back and hopefully get to stay longer next time! My 9 year old said it was the best place we’ve ever stayed!

Perfect Family Getaway
Beautiful, peaceful location! The house included everything we needed, from plenty of towels, linens, utensils, condiments, even Lysol spray. We have 3 teenagers and a pre-teen; we all had a blast!

Wonderful place to stay!
The house was exceptionally clean and had everything you could imagine to include a little bit more. We truly enjoyed our stay there and the access to the river. The hot tub was very clean and inviting.
We will definitely be booking this home again in the near future. Even though the house was close to the highway, you rarely heard traffic. We loved the handwritten note along with the breakfast sausage biscuits, coffee and orange drink. It made it that much more special.

Lovely, fun but peaceful
Our family celebration was dampened due to a stomach bug but the lovely site and wonderful birds were greatly enjoyed. Our hosts were wonderful!

Our favorite place to rent
This is the 3rd time we have rented this property. The house is spacious and the bathrooms are updated. The view from the sun room and back deck is very serene. The steps down to the river make is so easy to spend time in the water. The only change I would suggest is to have some shade on the back deck.

Great River House
Spacious home on the Guadalupe with nice views and really nice mowed grassy areas for kids to run around. Had a charcoal grill with charcoal, lighter fluid and matches. We grilled some awesome ribeyes! Tons of towels and beach towels plus a high chair for my grandson. Owner was very easy to work with. Thanks for such a well stocked vrbo! Cool A/C even on the sleeping porch.

Fun river getaway!
Our group really enjoyed our stay. The house was great. It was equipped with everything we needed. Everyone enjoyed spending time down in the river. Best of all worlds. Shallow areas to sit and relax, good flow to do some tubing, and some deeper holes to swim or fish. Enjoyed the hot tub at night. Thank you Tim and Lori for a great stay. We will definitely be back!

2019 River Trip
Had an amazing time with family and friends. House was very nice and clean in a great location. Located on a beautiful stretch of the Guadalupe River. The Browns are awesome to deal with and very informative....we were a bummed that we had to leave, but we'll definitely be back!
