Lovely large apartments, well equipped with kitchen, lounge, dining area. Breakfast was really good with the cooked meal varying each day. Amazing spa

Great location, definitely recommended for all year seasons. We visited in winter and enjoyed ski-touring which starts right in front of the door. Simply delicious breakfast with huge selection of products including sekt :) Very nice personnel, we were specifically very happy about the young man at the reception desk and the ladies in the restaurant. The hotel is also very pet friendly. Incredibly good food in both restaurant, especially the dinner. Highly recommended to everyone!
The food in the restaurant slightly overpriced (but worth it). Not enough dustbins over the premises (especially for dog excrement's - I found only one). The hotel should inform the guests prior to their arrival about the restaurant reservations - it was fully occupied and we had no chance to eat there (however the dinner was served to us in our room which was perfectly fine). The hotel/restaurant should also work on the billing improvement (e.g. it is not possible to have a dinner charged to the room).

One of the best hotel in Jizerské mountains. Very comfortable accomodation in apartmens. Great and very clean wellness.
Quality of food (dinners) can be higher in restaurant (taste)compare to prices.

Our stay was perfect, we are happy with the apartment, which is like a new, cleanliness, the staff at the reception and restaurant was very friendly. Even when we run into some unexpected charges it was handled perfectly by the personnel, and this says a lot! I would definitely come back!
There is nothing I can think of. if you are driving during winter season be prepared a short part of the road will be snowy and slippery

Great breakfast options, apartments are really large with nice living room area. Well equipped kitchen. We were visiting in winter, but in summer I imagine the outdoor terrace is an extra space you get to use for your room. The wellness area is really well designed, with helpful staff, views from the whirlpool are amazing and the sauna is nicely hot. I would recommend Kralovka both for couples and families - we're thinking about bringing our friends there again, where each of us can book a room that fits us and spend time together when we want. Families have a big playground for kids to play with and couples can enjoy relaxing in the wellness area.
The dinners at the restaurant are a bit pricey, but the food was good.

Amazing location, nice views, good breakfast. Jacuzzi was hot by the time we arrived. Spa centre at the hotel was awesome. La Pasta restaurant recommended by the hotel was amazing too.
Not very comfortable for 4 people since the sofa in the living room is quite small. We only got 2 bathrobes even though we booked the room for 4.

Great hotel with awesome views! All constructions are done so it was really calm and they are paying a lot attention to make everything in the best shape. Dog friendly. Looking forward to our next stay.
