Questo è il condominio per sci di lusso 1BR della nostra famiglia a River Run, il centro delle attività sciistiche a Keystone, e situato nell'edificio Silver Mill. Il nostro numero di permesso STR nella Contea di Summit è BCA-46221. Siamo approvati per un massimo di 6 persone e un parcheggio massimo di 1 posto nel garage. Non abbiamo più unità, quindi abbiamo il tempo di renderlo il più perfetto possibile per le tue vacanze. È un'ottima posizione, a pochi passi attraverso il villaggio per la cabinovia, il centro per lo sci diurno e notturno, è la più grande operazione di sci notturno in Nord America. Il sistema di gondola all'avanguardia è a circa 75 metri dalla nostra unità, e il ponte degli sciatori rende facile risalire in gondola dalle piste. Non c'è niente di meglio che alzarsi dal letto la mattina e fare una passeggiata molto breve verso gli ascensori. Puoi goderti il terreno a Keystone fino alle 20:00 quasi tutte le sere invernali. Nicely appointed unit, and great location. FYI, were there in mid-July and it got pretty warm without any ac, although there were several fans which helped. We also had some issues with the keyless entry, but Steve solved them.

Right in the village, partial slope views and can walk to the Gondola for Skiing. Having 3 hot tubs is great. Steve is a great host and was always available for any questions.

Its all the little things like a fully stocked kitchen (pots/pans/ketchup/salt/pepper) and high quality bath towels, a humidifier that were reminiscent of pre pandemic vrbo listings.
Will look for an opportunity to come back.
Owner was super responsive when I forgot the room keys he mailed me ahead of the stay.

Property was as advertised and in a great location with easy access to the slopes for skiing.
Property owner, Steve was great - though he probably thinks I lost my mind.
Somehow I forgot to pick up the envelope with keys etc. before I left home, and didn't remember until arriving in Colorado. - Steve made sure we could get in and all went smoothly.
Then upon leaving the property, I forgot a remote for my firestick (remembered the firestick, just forgot the remote) - Again Steve helped me retrieve it the following day.

Great unit and very well priced. Owner is very easy to work with. This is our second time staying in this unit. Future visits to Keystone we would happily stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is very conveniently located in the Silver Mill building in the centre of River Run village, a short flat walk to the gondola, and is comfortable with an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen.
And Steve was very helpful and responsive in providing clear and detailed directions and access information for the condo, as well as lots of other useful information.

Nice quiet place with a short walk to the slopes. The property managers were in constant contact before and during the stay. The bathroom was recently upgraded to a very well-done walk-in shower, which was nice after a day on the slopes.
The lodge has three great hot tubs right next to the elevator that opens into a dry Sauna which helps the walk back to the room.
The room is very quiet and cozy. We had one issue where the electronic locks ran out of batteries, but the owner was able to help us get in with a quick phone call.
The issue I can think of is that the room is a decent walk from the elevator, which is a blessing because it's quiet, but a little extra distance. However, this is just a lazy skier who did not want to walk too far to my room talking.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated that we were able to find a reasonably priced rental close to the Keystone Gondola and with easy access to all the amenities of the village! Enough room for our family of four, nice bathroom and kitchen. Close access to hot tubs. The owners were great with sending thorough details and instructions about the property.

We had a lovely Anniversary/Christmas ski trip in this condo. The condo faces out of the village, which offered beautiful views and was quieter than other silver mill condo we had stayed in. Condo was well stocked, nicely decorated, and the owners were pleasant to work with.

The property is very well located. But the best of all is the kindness of the host. Just at the ready for you. Answers you quickily when you have any issue about the unit. I’ll rent it again and again.

Just about the best vacation rental experience I've ever had. The listing reflected the reality on the ground perfectly. The condo was clean, everything worked as expected. Kitchen was well stocked, all the furnishings were super comfortable and in good condition.
I never expected to make a point of this in a review, but the parking here is really great. The parking spot is in an underground garage, and I have never parked in an underground garage that has such generous spacing between spots.
Communication with hosts was outstanding. Very fast responses to every question I had, and I felt that they went all out to make sure everything was smooth for me.

The condo was very nice; great updated bathroom, shower. We had a great time. The only downside was being right across from Warren Station. Bright lights shine all night and lots of noise before 7 am with the maintenance crews there.

The hot tubs and pool were great, the balcony was awesome, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the pullout couch was the most comfortable one I have ever slept on. Fantastic stay!
Our family had a wonderful time staying at this perfect little condo right at the base do the gondola, and all the summer fun Keystone has to offer! The hot tubs and pool were great, the balcony was awesome, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the pullout couch was the most comfortable one I have ever slept on. Spring Break Ski Trip
My son and I had a Great time, the property looked exactly as pictured. Location to everything in the village was perfect. Communication leading up to the trip and after was prompt and precise. Would defiantly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Convenient to everything in River Run - particularly via the closest stairways that exit to different sides of the building. The place was perfect for 3 of us. Steve is a fantastic host who made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay

Two days we were without water in the entire building for up to 12 hours. The owner of our condo did his best to compensate for poor management.

Great Christmas Getaway
This is our third stay at this condo and just the same as past visits, we had a fabulous visit and recommend this condo to anyone visiting Keystone. It is very close to the gondola and the ease of the underground parking garage along with all the amenities of the condo made us feel right at home! Thanks again to the Langleys for hosting us and making our Christmas travel special.
