Our family of 5 had a terrific stay. The house was well-appointed and conveniently located to the town and the gondola was just a couple of blocks away. Beautiful views of the mountains too - if you just wanted to sit by the fire and relax. Would love to return!

Our family had a lovely stay in Slope View Chalet. We utilized the cozy fire place daily and enjoyed the layout of the home. Daily walking to Main Street to enjoy the charm, food and shops of Breckenridge. We cannot wait to return.

The property was in a great location, easy to walk downtown. I definitely would not recommend this property for multiple couples, as there is one nice bedroom upstairs, the 2 lower bedrooms are tiny and cramped and only equipped with queen bunk beds (as described in the rental) and the top bunk bed is very close to the ceiling, the rooms downstairs are to small for adults to stay in. 1 of the bedrooms didn’t have blinds or a curtain in the window so that one was not useable at all. The fire pit did not work outside, that was a huge disappointment. The house could also use a keurig coffee pot. Our stay was “comfortable” but the house could definitely stand to have some upgraded touches, as the throw pillows and furniture throughout were very worn.

This is our 2nd time staying at this unit, and we loved staying here. In particular the location was perfect: quiet neighborhood, short walk to downtown Breck, short walk to groceries, easy access to Hwy 9. There were just 2 of use, so we didn't use the downstairs much. Not a good place for 2 couples, since the other 2 bedrooms have bunk beds. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We'll be back next summer.

Overall property was great for a family vacation. Location was walking distance to the heart of Main Street, grocery store and to the Peak 8 gondola. Backyard has plenty of room for kids to play in the snow if there in the winter. Hot tub, firepit, and old school Arcarde game provide plenty of entertainment. Property manager communication was also very good and took care of a maintenance issue immediately. Great overall place,

The house was beautiful and felt welcoming. The location was great and convenient to get around town. I had to call the property manager on a few maintenance/repair issues that may have been avoidable prior to our arrival. Over all good it was a good stay.

Our family had a great stay! The townhome was clean and ready when we arrived. The location is right off Main Street and tucked into a great little street of other new townhomes. Nice, quiet street and a short 1-minute walk to get onto Main Street in downtown Breckenridge. Close to the grocery store, restaurants, gift shops and hiking. We had a great time!

GORGEOUS house in a great location with top notch amenities, but the nice details I’m accustomed to finding in an Airbnb property were missing, which gave away that this is a corporate-managed property. I’m not even convinced a family owns the property at all. No help at check in, which was bumpy, and after a long day of travel, it was extremely unpleasant. No explanation for the all-house tech, so that was pretty useless. No instructions for the hot tub or firepit, so use at your own risk. No basic amenities for cooking (salt, pepper, coffee filters). In a home, I’ve become used to a personal check-in w the owner, a welcome basket, basic necessities. Who wants to buy salt and pepper and coffee filters for a few days?

Location was perfect!
This was a last minute rental for us and we could not have been happier. Never having been to Breckenridge before we had no idea of where anything was located but this house was truly the perfect location. Being able to walk into town but yet steps away from the gondola was great! It was beautifully furnished, spotless inside and the management company was very easy to communicate with. We hope to rent this house again next year!

We had a great stay at this beautiful townhome. The location was perfect. The house if fully equipped with everything we needed! Plenty of towels and the kitchen is fully stocked. We had trouble finding the house as we arrived very late and the house numbers were impossible to see, no lighting. Overall great experience!

The entire experience with the property management company was perfect. Any time we had questions the response time was immediate. This vacation was one of our best times to Colorado. Location was amazing, the beautiful scenery from our balcony as well as the gorgeous back view from the hot tub! The property was very clean and decorated beautifully. Location was minutes from golf, fly fishing, hiking, shopping and restaurants. We loved every minute of this vacation!!

Spectacular home in Breckinridge!
gorgeous home and perfect location ! It was so well stocked and the furnisihinngs and bedding were comfortable and high end. It was like staying in a 5 star resort. Couldn’t get any closer to the Breck Connect and being that it’s off Main Street , we walked into town and shopped and ate. It was perfect. We can’t wait to come back !
