Charming Villa on Peaceful Gated Peninsula
La "Chalata" è un grande fico che sparge il suo baldacchino sul ponte sopraelevato di questa deliziosa villa a Punta El Custodio. L'ampio ponte offre viste sull'oceano, una griglia a gas e spazio per intrattenere mentre vi godete la leggera brezza marina. Dietro il ponte è una grande sala coperta di palapa con una cucina completa, sala da pranzo interna e una zona salotto. Un divano letto e un bagno completo sono previsti per gli ospiti aggiuntivi.
Il piano inferiore climatizzato comprende 2 ampie camere da letto con bagno interno e un soggiorno arredato in modo confortevole con un divano letto, perfetto per ospitare ospiti o bambini a straripamento. Ottimo per allontanarsi dalle feste al piano superiore, leggere un po 'o guardare un DVD.
La villa è a pochi passi dalla splendida piscina condominiale ai margini della scogliera sull'oceano. Le scale portano ad una piccola spiaggia in fondo. Una breve nuotata o guadare ti porta in una meravigliosa spiaggia di nuoto dolce lunga 12 miglia non sviluppata e nel santuario di nidificazione delle tartarughe marine. Paradiso per body surfisti e amanti della natura!

We had an awesome stay! For our family, it had everything we needed. The view is beautiful, it’s set in a quiet community, easy beach access (3 minute walk), safe, sparkling clean, and stunning grounds. Our kids spent most days surfing and playing in the waves. We also released baby turtles from a wildlife sanctuary nearby. Overall, it was a fabulous vacation and we’d love to return.

The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It is near a wonderful fishing village on one side and a beautiful beach on the other.

This place is a hidden gem. We were very surprised by how long it took us to get to the location. Make sure to get good directions before you leave Puerto Vallarta as the cell reception is spotty. The property is very well-maintained and the cleaning crew are fantastic. The views and the wildlife are lovely. The best decision we made was to hire her lovely cook Sonia to prepare meals for us while we were there. They meals were fresh, tasty and nutritious. The location is so remote that grocery stores are few. Thank you so much to Sonia for making our stay so nice and becoming a nice friend to us. Good luck with your puppies. ❤️❤️❤️ The only tough parts were the amount of mosquitoes and the intermittent power outages which left us without air conditioning on some evenings. Thank you for a nice stay.

Casa Chalata needs some updating... bedroom furnishings are basic and old, handle missing from dresser, no instructions for TV, no DVD's, music system rusty . The kitchen area has every appliance and tool you would ever need including 2 fridges but the rest of the living area is sort of sparse with 2 fairly comfortable chairs and a couch but only overhead lighting not conducive to reading. It would not take much for the owner to make this home more comfortable for his guests.The location is absolutely beautiful lovely, property staff very good... they were able to find a BBQ for us as the one included in the listing apparently hadn't worked for years Ellie, the maid was very attentive. The community pool is great as are the lounge chairs etc, around it .The grounds are stunning as are the views. Getting to Tortuga beach can be a little challenging for seniors as the path involves quite a few stairs ( with railings) but then one needs to cross an estuary which can be a little tricky depending on the tide. However, once across you can walk for miles on an empty, pristine, sandy beach.
