Benvenuti a Bellevue Retreat ~ Un luogo di riposo e relax. Goditi uno spazio tranquillo e ben arredato, progettato per creare ampi spazi aperti con abbondanza di luce e vista sul giardino. Impostazione simile al parcheggio. Ingresso privato separato. Una soluzione perfetta per chi viaggia per lavoro, per una coppia in vacanza o per un eccesso di famiglia.
Ampia zona giorno con cucina a vista completa di lavastoviglie, frigorifero, piano cottura, forno, tostapane, caffettiera e microonde. Lavatrice e asciugatrice sono disponibili per la vostra comodità e comodità.
Tranquillo, come in un parco. Circondato da numerosi sentieri e tre greenbelts nelle vicinanze. Se sei fortunato, puoi vedere la fauna selvatica sgranocchiare l'erba sul retro.

E la splendida vista continua ancora oggi, essendo un punto di osservazione privilegiato da cui osservare i Blue Angels durante Seafair, godersi i fuochi d'artificio del quattro di luglio e di Capodanno o semplicemente ammirare panorami di Bellevue e Seattle.

If you are looking for a great centralized location to visit the Seattle area, this is the place for you. We used it to make day trips to Seattle, hike the mountains, and visit the National Parks in the area. The property is in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, and we never felt unsafe, even when arriving home late at night. Check in on the first day was a breeze, and we found the entire property to be very clean. All kitchen appliances and laundry are state of the art, and worked as needed. We never actually met our host Tommy personally, but communication via text messages was almost instantaneous, which was really nice. Tommy even offered up some inside tips on things to do in the area. Downtown Bellevue is less that 15 minutes away and offers lots of shopping and fine dining options. In summary, we really enjoyed our stay here, and highly recommend this property if staying in the Seattle area.

Amazing unit impeccably maintained with a very helpful and communicative host. We were here over Christmas visiting family in Renton and found the location and stay very enjoyable. We didn't cook but really appreciated the snacks and personal notes left for us. Highly recommend and we hope to stay again.

My wife and I stayed 6 nights while visiting our daughter in Bellevue. Everything was clean, quiet, and comfy. Tommy was also helpful when we needed several items for the kitchen. I'd read the description, seen photos, but still didn't presume this would be quite such a pleasant stay.
Pluses included the enjoyable view out, and a trailhead into a small forested park area, just a few hundred feet up the street. This is a hilly, car-dependent suburban neighborhood without local businesses, so our rental car was a necessity.
We'd definitely look for this one again on a future visit.
