Overall it was very nice. Close enough to Legoland and a decent price. The convenience store on the first floor was...convenient.

A kitchen was advertised but there weren't any pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc. Not even a kettle to boil water, so I had to go without coffee which is never ok! Also, parking is a car elevator which is terrifying in my opinion. For that reason alone I wouldn't stay there again.

There is no parking space for SUV.

Our stay was pleasant. We all enjoyed our futon beds, which made our stay a little unique. Bathroom was good as the shower was separate from the toilet etc. Very simple room. Clean and tidy.

There are no utensils to eat food. No microwave. We had to go downstairs to heat up our food.

We had to pay an extra fee to enter the room one hour early. This is common policy in Korea but in my 20 years of traveling here I have never been charged if the room is ready. The bed was uncomfortable and the hot water was inconsistent to the point of making showering a nuisance. Neither are huge issues but for the price we paid we would never go here again as we could have walked into any number of "Love Hotels" in the area and have been equally comfortable for half the price.

Checking in and checking out were fast and efficient.

The hotel staff had almost zero English speaking ability. Despite the room having a washing machine, noone could explain how to work it nor were there laundry service offered by the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel was not open and the coffee shop was inconsistent with opening times. The hotel is not a good choice travelling with very young children.

Wifi is excelent. Location is quite a distance from the Train/subway station if you prefer walking, but cost Won 4,000 by taxi. There is bus stop opposite the hotel, about a few minutes walk. The bus takes you to the stations.

The only instruction I received upon check-in was if I have problem with the lighting panel in the room, to inform reception. This panel has a button for wake up call and make up room. I made use of this panel to request for "make up room" before I left in the morning. When I return around 4pm, the room was not made up and I was told that I should leave my key at the reception and request for room cleaning. I was then told that the panel for this service is not in operation.

The room was okey size, the bed was good and the bathroom and shower was OK.

The room was a little bit dirty, there was some hair in the bathroom and bed, there were crumbs of some kind the fridge and there was some leftover makeup or something in one of the cabinets.
