Great location close to main attractions and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. As the apartment is on level 2, the lift that serves the building greatly enhanced the visit. There were all the facilities we required and everything needed to use them was provided. Host Roberto was friendly and helpful.

The sofa should not be relied on as a second bed as it was uncomfortable as the mattress was very thin, bowed in the middle and was squeaky every time you moved. Also, the towels could do with an update as they were a little old and scratchy.

Great location with lots of restaurants nearby. Very spacious and with the washer and drying rack it was convenient to do laundry. Good communication with the hosts.

The decor seemed a bit haphazard, but otherwise the apartment was great.

Fabulous location and very spacious. Appreciated having a washer and air conditioner.

The place felt just a tiny bit run down, but it was perfectly comfortable and functional.

The location is amazing! There are an abundance of restaurants close by (we would highly recommend Salotto Portinari Bistro - almost next door) There is an elevator, which is wonderful for moving luggage and also at the end of the day when you are tired from sightseeing and shopping. The apartment was clean and comfortable, it had everything we required and more! We also went on a wine tasting trip to Chianti which we loved (not booked via booking.com, but I am sure the host here would assist) Thank you very much for making our holiday special.
