Owner had great communication with info on parking/ check in. Location was perfect. Walking distance to town and to ski lifts. Everything about the place was great.

Amazing Location; Friendly Owner
Condo is in an excellent location, overlooks quicksilver lift and just steps away from the back door of the unit. The town and Main Street are just two blocks away and an easy walk to get to all the shops and restaurants. The overall set up of the unit is perfect. Very spacious master bedroom, and three beds in the other bedroom made it perfect for my son and his two friends. All the amenities you could possibly want, with access to the health club in the adjacent building as well as for large hot tubs and heated pool. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and kitchenware, even included an electric grill on the balcony. The unit had fans and humidifiers, several of them, which was very helpful for those of us not used to the dry air. We had déjà vu when we walked into the unit , as my husband and I remembered staying in this exact unit 15 years ago it seems. The owner was kind and very responsive. The only suggestion I would make would be to replace the bathroom rugs as they were kind of grody. But everything else was absolutely wonderful. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.!

I would stay here again
Easy walk to the lift. You can store your skis right next to the lift. A couple hundred feet from main street as well. You don't need a car and can walk everywhere. Pool / hot tub area was great.

Ski Condo
We enjoyed this ski in/ski out condo location. We were able to return for lunch, decide on warmer clothing if needed or walk to the downtown shopping/ restaurants within a block or two. The condo was extremely clean, spacious and kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The owner was very helpful and worked with us on arrival time which was appreciated. Electric heaters in bedrooms seem to cycle constantly therefore a little noisy. Overall we would stay at this condo again.

Near Quicksilver/Maggies Pond
We loved the location of the condo in the Village area next to Maggies Pond and QuickSilver chair lift. We'd definitely stay again, when we return to Breck. Cindy was quick to answer our question and we loved the condo and ski locker!! Thank you so much!!

Amazing Ski in/Ski out location
Cindy was very easy to communicate with if we had any questions. The location is perfect, true ski-in/out, and a 2 min walk to Main St. Can't beat it. I would stay here again.

The condo was great, great fit for 6 people. The reservation system for the hot tub situation needs improvements. The front desk, the girl that worked the hot tubs and property manager all had different ways to get a reservation. This caused LOTS of confusion and aggravation. The girl that worked it, was rude!

We loved the condo. It was beautifully decorated and in a fantastic location. Mountains on one side and town on the other. Loved having a real wood fireplace in the condo. There was a snag with the lock box for check-in but we were able to resolve it with the owner. Would definitely stay here again.

Fall Break in Breck
My family with small kiddos had an amazing stay here. We were able to walk everywhere from our condo. It's right off main street. Maggies Pond is right next to the property and that was a fun adventure one day. Beautiful trails all around. The condo was amazing! Big, clean and had everything we needed for the week. Can't wait to stay here again!

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay at this condo in the village. Conveniently located to Main Street and good walking trails for a family hike. There is a pool and keep in mind if you want to use the hot tub you need to make a reservation. There are very limited spot for the hot tub. This condo is tastefully decorated with everything you will need to cook and feel at home. Beds are very comfortable. We would stay again!

Very nice place- comfy bed- everything was in working order. Well stocked kitchen. No screenS, so when opening for fresh mountain air, be prepared to to hunt down a fly or bee! Very much worth it!! So glad we got to stay here!

Fantastic location
We stayed here for 6 nights and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect. My wife who did not want to ski everyday was able to walk into town and shop. The quicksilver lift was right there to access the mountain although it was not 20 yards away as listed in the owners description. The walk was at least 150 yards from front door to lift que but that is still very convenient. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was strong. Wifi worked great and we were able to stream TV on our Firestick. It was easy to jsut walk into town for dinner too. Loved it and would rent again.

Great Location
We stayed in this condo for 2 nights. The location and proximity to the ski lift and ski school were superb. So easy to just walk out and hop on the lift. The underground parking was also a nice addition as was the ski closet located on the condos floor. The walk to town was also a major plus - this condo is literally in the middle of everything. The owners were also very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient and Spacious in Good Location
The property and location were great. The condo had everything we needed and was in good shape. Pool and hot tubs were short walk away. Only downsides were the views were filled with construction fencing due to work ongoing at the complex and the prior renters must have had an accident as there was an odor upon checkin. By the end of stay, the odor was gone everything was good.

Location was very convenient to downtown and walkable to gondola. Condo was well stocked and very comfortable to hang out in during rain storms.

Two Problems
The property was as expected and the location was great great.
Two issues: 1) the wi-fi was not working when we arrived since the modem/router was missing the power cord. I was able to get a power cord on the evening of the 2nd day and was able to get it running. 2) Several days after checking out, I received an email saying that my damage deposit was being sent. It was short $70. After contacting the owner, I was told that the $70 was for parking at the rate of $10 per day. The listing said nothing about a charge for parking or that it would be deducted from the damage deposit.
I do not plan to return.

2 bd in Chateaux
Great comfortable spacious apartment with everything you need. I've stayed in many places all around Breck and this is the best location - seconds to the lift and easy into town without worrying about driving or parking or shuttles. Could use an update and expansion on the fitness center and hot tubs but they sufficed. Rental contacts were prompt and complete and pleasant without glitches.

Perfect location !
The condo was perfect. The location was right at the base of the mountain. Quick walk to the lifts as well as to Main St. The condo is right next to the pools, jacuzzi and gym.
The condo itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was full equipped. Plenty of space for a big family. The indoor parking was a huge plus.

Very nice and as advertised
Condo was exactly as advertised. Excellent location to lift lines and very well appointed. Able to ski in to back deck at the end of the day. Perfect for the five of us. Would definitely stay here again.
The only issue we had was the altitude. This related to summit county in general.
